Poor service and facilities The hotel is not 4 star as advertised. The room alloted was with double bed inspite of informing them I need twin bedded room. They alloted a newly renovated room. A poor impractical layout like a chair blocking the wardrobe door, had to shift the chair. Wardrobe hanger rod keeps falling white hanging clothes. Only 3 hangers instead of standard 4. The location of the wardrobe is near the window on the opposite side of the bathroom, impractical. Dressing mirror on the wrong wall as one can see the wc sitting on the bed. No towel rack or ring in bathroom, no toilet roll holder, no bathmat provided. The bathroom door handle came off, was repaired later. No stirrer stick for tea set. Housekeeping does not replace the toilet roll, tea stirrer, hand towels. Food is ok. But service needs a lot of improvement. Every time I need to remind for salt, pepper, onion with indian food. Today there was no chinese/ continental dishes available from menu. No explanation by captain or manager Nityanand. Breakfast buffet is not hot, and the staff is not groomed. I had my friend from Japan and it was embarrassing in the situation. Overall very disappointed and will never come or recommend anyone.

Room Not having proper clean services was slow as excepected Morning breakfast food quality and beauty not good as well as staff service

Staff was polite and courteous but that was the only positive thing. Rooms were atleast 20 Years old and Looked as if they were not cleaned for many days. As per confirmation I was booked a room with balcony but room allocated to me has no balcony. I was told by staff that they have upgraded my room but looked like a downgrade to me. Paint was peeling of the walls. Cupboard were all rusty and dirty. more over there were better rooms on other floor but I was allocated a shady room at 3 Rd floor. Moreover I witnessed another guest complain about the same room being dirty and after 5 Mins I was allocated the same room. Since it was past midnight I did not had the energy to argument for a change and took what ever was given to me Not worth the price and Recommendations

The stay was ok. Rooms are big and well maintained, but old. The food was initially good. But when i ordered fish, they gave the rotten one. Had worst case of food poisoning. I suggest to eat form the nearby hotel around this. Otherwise avoid fish items
