Rustic Inn Creekside

We had a king suite with sofa bed for the three of us. The room was cozy and clean, had a fireplace, all the amenities (a/c, fridge, great coffee maker, safe, USBs), and, this particular upstairs cabin, a nice porch for stargazing and chatting by Flat Creek. The restroom was spacious, and, the provided spa products, relaxing. The Inn's grounds are well kept and have fire-pits, nature walks, and a wigwam, and would be a great place for any event. We were most impressed with the folks working here; from the restaurant to the front desk, right up to the manager who did us a solid we will never forget. Cannot wait to get back. We stayed in summer, but must see it in fall and winter, now!

Spend a little time relaxing among the beautiful surroundings of Rustic Inn. Easy to get to right off main road just before the business of the city. Rustic Inn is close enough to walk city but free convenient shuttle is available throughout the day. Take a morning walk around the nature path and listen to the birds chirp while resting in the comfortable red Adirondack chairs scattered throughout. The bubbling brook runs along the scenic cabins giving a picturesque setting. A complimentary buffet style breakfast is available upstairs above the restaurant. Generous amount of scrambled eggs, potatoes, meats, breads , fruits and cereal for your choosing. Rooms are comfortable and large, no disappointment here. Large queen size beds with fluffy pillows. Bathroom area separate from shower area making convenient for getting ready. Direct TV channels on TV. Coffee station in room with Starbucks kcups. Hairdryer and clothes steamer in rooms. Rustic inn provides cozy bath robes in each room that ups the charm of this fantastic facility. Staff is friendly and plentiful. No shortage on service ready personnel. If you are looking for a relaxing and scenic stay this is a must.

My wife and I ended our Yellowstone vacation in Jackson and spent a couple of extra days at the Rustic Inn. We had been there once before a few years ago and we are happy to report that The Rustic In is the absolute best place to stay in Jackson, in our opinion. The grounds and facilities are impeccably maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful as well. Being able to step out of your cabin/room and take in the lush grounds instead of some other commercial space is very relaxing. Being at “the edge of town” it is still within walking distance of most everything in the Jackson square area. And if you don’t feel like walking they have a free shuttle service that is clean, prompt, and always has a good driver. We recommend the Rustic Inn to anyone who tells us they are going to Jackson Hole.

Love this. We’ve stayed there on two different times. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The grounds scenic views are perfect. They offer shuttle services to where you want to go. The complimentary breakfast has a good selection. Yes, it’s pricey, but has a feeling of luxury

We saw our agent had booked a superior queen room. As this didn’t correlate to any room at the resort, we wrongly assumed a double queen with a fireplace. Sadly not. A king bed cabin with a view of a car park and the backs of some cabins was our luxury stay. Not a blade of grass in sight and no wildlife either. Just a dingy cabin in the corner of the car park, Bed was comfortable but bathroom area is screened by a curtain. Just a bit odd. Room was dark and free from natural light and any privacy: we were disappointed. Badly needs updating. Room service missed us one day. Having read the reviews we were expecting better. Breakfast really is not awsome. It’s not even great. It’s the same hot offerings every day and that’s bacon, scrambled eggs, diced potato and some patties. Very boring. Fruit was good but pastries dire. Self service coffee in take away cups isn’t our experience of a great breakfast. It’s functional. The idea of an evening meal here wasn’t appealing.

This location is perfect! Conveniently located, but a pretty and peaceful property just far enough away from the hubbub of town. Our room was cleaned so nicely and well-stocked every day that we actually felt spoiled. Everyone maintaining this property deserves recognition. The front desk had 24-hour attendants and daily water bottles are complimentary. Breakfast was well-prepared and the breakfast room was well-kept and attended to also. The breakfast room attendants were professional, always very pleasant and also deserving of recognition. Side note: There is a male bartender who keeps an overly not subtle 10 p.m. sharp last call. Late-comers will be denied and disappointed. It would have been comical, if not slightly rude. Our young brunette server in the bar area however was very sweet and attentive!
