The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. This home offers expanded cable, WiFi and this House located close to Jacksonville Beach’s best restaurants, bars and attractions. Available weekly and monthly. Rates exclude taxes & fees and Holidays. We use video surveillance in exterior entrance and exits of the house and pool/dock due to rental liability insurance. Surveillance is recorded but not monitored. Pet frandly, pet can not be left unattended outdoors and no excessive barking.
