Villa Teresa is a pretty villa with a wonderful view on Cortona valley, completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. This wonderful property overlooks a breathtaking landscape and it is situated short distance (about a 15-minute walk) to a small village with a restaurant and a cafè. The beautiful old town of Cortona is just a 10-minute drive away. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden equipped with outdoor furnishment. The outer area in front of the main façade features an outdoor dining space with sun umbrellas, tables and chairs and sitting room in wrought iron. Under the stone loggia guests have the laundry room at their disposal, with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The swimming pool area is on a lower level, surrounded by a small English garden equipped with sunbeds, swing and sun umbrellas. The swimming pool is provided with Roman steps, which allow to dip in gradually. The whole area is screened by a line of cypresses and edges which guarantee total privacy to the guests. It is possible to access the ground floor through 3 different entrances, 2 doors in the living room and one in the kitchen. The living area develops on the entire ground floor and it is divided in two areas by a large arch that separates the sitting room with TV and fireplace, from the spacious kitchen with dining area and half bathroom. Second floor provides two symmetrical double bedrooms, each with private en suite bathroom, linked by an intermediate sitting room with double sofa bed.
