"A peaceful, quiet, and relaxing resort by Khlong Dao Beach. We liked that it is an adult only place, and the location was perfect for excursions to neighoring islands as it is very close to two piers. A day trip to Four Islands and Phi Phi is highly recommended, and the resort offers various activity options at reasonable prices. Although the breakfast menu was mainly Western (we hardly saw any Asians staying at this resort), the food was nice and we particularly liked that they had a cold room to keep dairy items, veges, and fruits fresh! If you wanted to spend more time in actual Krabi, this resort may not work for you as it is on Koh Lanta island which is about 150mins away from Krabi International Airport."

"The hotel is right by the sea. The house is big and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. The cleaning lady will also help you fold your clothes. The downside is that there are many mosquitoes. The first impression it gave us was luxurious and shocking! The most expensive room type of this hotel is unique on the same beach. In addition, even if you book a normal room, you can also enjoy the beautiful public swimming pool. What doesn't match its expensive price, however, is its service. Except for the proprietress, other staff, including the hotel front desk and restaurant waiters, could not communicate in English normally, which caused a lot of inconvenience during the check-in process. Regardless of the room type, even the 4,000-night villa pool room does not have any welcome fruit, or any other value-added services or small items to give you the feeling of a ”VIP”. The cleaning service of the room is not timely, it is embarrassing to always clean when the guests are there! And the cleaning is relatively sloppy, the table is not wiped... In addition, the breakfast buffet is mainly bread and eggs for Westerners, but there is no cheese, no cold cuts, and even jam and yogurt only have one flavor. I saw the disappointed eyes of other foreign customers. When we asked if there was an Asian breakfast, the waiter told us: sorry, no! Well... the same breakfast for four days in a row is a bit boring, and we also had very stale bread on the last day... In terms of drinking, there is no freshly squeezed juice, but fortunately, the freshly ground coffee in the hotel is really delicious. In addition, although there is only one employee on duty at the pool bar, the cocktails he made are really good, especially the mango daiquira recommended by the boss, which tastes amazing and tastes better than the first five-star hotel on the island we went to later. . Everyone must try it. In short, we still had a wonderful holiday in the hotel. After all, when traveling, mentality is very important. It's just that every time I think about the price we paid, I feel it's not worth it..."

"I had an amazing stay at the brand-new Phumala Lanta Seaview Resort! The bungalows are unique, built on stilts amidst lush greenery, with a magical view over the treetops and the coast. Staying here feels like being in a small fairytale, with comfortable beds, modern air conditioning, and a lovely terrace featuring both a bathtub and sun loungers. Between the bungalows, charming lighting in the trees creates a special and cozy atmosphere in the evenings. If any challenges arise, the staff and owner are incredibly attentive and resolve everything quickly and efficiently. The service is truly top-notch! The resort is just a 5-7 minute walk from a beautiful and peaceful beach, and shops and restaurants are also nearby. Across the road, Pad Thai Rock n Roll serves absolutely amazing food, and their staff is incredibly friendly – a must-visit during your stay. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it from four to nine nights. Note that the hotel shares its reception with Bakantiang Resort, so make sure to mention this to your taxi driver to find the correct location. Highly recommended!"
