It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 15/20 minute walk to times square and the pier restaurants and bars on the way. Everything has been renovated from floor to ceiling. There is a fenced-in very large outdoor living area with a private heated pool and hot tub. There is a charcoal BBQ out back.There are two bedrooms and TWO bathrooms.. One bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms, as well as the living room, have 55" Smart TVs. The living room and kitchen open up to the pool with a full view from these areas.There are TWO bathrooms and both bathrooms have walk-in showers. The patio/deck by the pool is undercover for outdoor dining. Chairs for the beach, a cooler, a beach wagon, and beach towels are provided.My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. It is $50 for up to 4ppl and $10 per person thereafter.
