Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work. 4. Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 5. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day. 6. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages. 7. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit. 8.9. Note we supply a starter kit of all toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soaps etc… after that it’s the guest’s responsibility.

Pool heater in our home is locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. The pool temperature is set 84 to 91 degrees. Please note, if cold days or nights occur water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold (below 50). While we take every precaution to ensure that pool is heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. The spa attached to the pool is NOT a hot tub. The temperature of the spa is the same as that of the pool but it can be temporarily increased to 104 degrees. Guests should not expect hot tub like temperatures for the spa. In the event of pool equipment malfunctions during your stay, we will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close the swimming pool for maintenance purposes.
