In booking this listing, guests agree to all below requirements. *POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated for your stay for an additional $250 per day. Please make a note if you wish to include this in your booking. In the warmer months, additional heating is not necessary. *POOL COVER: Please make sure to close the pool cover whenever the pool is not actively in use. The desert winds blow a lot of dirt into the pool, which will destroy our filtration system and we want to protect out animal neighbors!
