Beach Tram Info: A complimentary beach tram is available to all guests of Seacrest Beach Resort from March 1st– October 31st from 9am to 5:30pm CST (with no Tram service from noon-1; in addition, the Tram does not run in inclement weather). Guests must call to schedule Tram pickup, otherwise no tram service will be provided. All guests 12 years of age and older must wear wristbands to access Tram service. No wagons, no glass, no canopies, or pets allowed on the Tram. Take advantage of 2 nearby State Parks: DEER LAKE STATE PARK GRAYTON BEACH STATE PARK Bike Rentals near your resort: The bike rentals are in front of the Village Complex. The best places to ride are through the Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach neighborhoods. Rosemary Beach is about 100 yards left of the Village Complex (where you are booked) and Alys Beach is about 200 yards to the right of the complex. Fitness Gym near your resort: Paradise Fitness Gym in Carillon Beach is the closest fitness center. It's about 10 minutes from the condo by car. The club offers monthly, weekly, or daily rates. They are located at 105 Carillon Market St, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Check out their website for more information. Grocery fix: The closest grocery stores are Publix or Winn Dixie, both are 7 minutes away (by car). Turn left on County Road 30A. At the traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98. Go 2.5 miles, at the traffic light turn left for Publix and right for Winn Dixie. French doors open to a patio with views of the resort-style pools. The beach is easily accessible with a short 5-minute walk across the street. Situated on the first floor, our home at Seacrest Beach Resort is positioned at the back of the complex, leading directly to the award-winning 12,000 Sq Ft Pool. The pool area boasts incredible fountains, and a special toddler/kiddie pool. The renowned 30A beaches, voted the best US Beach in 2020, are a short distance away and can be reached by a free beach trolley service (operated March-October) or by walking or biking. Parking: No rental golf carts are allowed at Seacrest Beach. All guests staying at Seacrest Beach Resort need to pre-register, in advance of arrival, by going to their website. For this resort, you will be given parking passes for 2 (and no more than 3) vehicles. Wristbands for additional guests may be provided. All Seacrest beach guests must have a parking decal displayed on the dashboard of their vehicle(s) for the entirety of their stay. The parking decals will be provided at guest services. To find guest services, you simply park in the parking zone with the number of your unit. Enter the main condominium building; walk out the patio doors, straight back to the roped off area, at the back of pool deck, labeled Guest Services. They will provide you with all the requisite information, wristbands for pool and beach access, along with the parking passes. Outside of the parking areas on your property, the gravel bays aligning the streets throughout the community offer a common area parking. Do not block driveways when parking there. Other details to note: Although our unit can accommodate 12 guests, the association's rules stipulate that only 10 disposable wristbands will be issued for this unit, which is the maximum they will provide. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. The Café is located on the east side of the lagoon and features a delectable menu that is not your typical pool-side snack shack. Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests is through the Sunset Beach community. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance. This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of twelve will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A. Closest Public Beach Access: Should you desire public beach access where lifeguards are on duty (available during the high season only, from 9am - 5pm CST), head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are available near the public beach access as well. If you have not yet had the chance to explore the pristine sandy white shores and beach communities that run along northwest Florida's Scenic Highway 30A, you are in for a delightful experience! We invite you to consider our condo as your own personal escape from the everyday. Our charming and cozy studio offers guests the sun-soaked simple pleasures of a seashore vacation outfitted with the comforts of home. Guests are able to access all areas of the condo with the exception of the owner's closet near the bed. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed. The walk to the deeded beach access is only four-tenths of a mile short. Special Notes: • Amenity Wristbands: In the condo there is a side table by the sofa which houses the amenity wristbands. Each guest 8 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. • Beach Access Info: Deeded beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe resort on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). This is a monitored access where guests 8 years of age and older will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Golf carts, bikes, skateboards, and roller blades are not allowed through the beach access. Per noise restrictions, wheeled coolers are permitted, but they must be carried down the pedestrian pathway, which leads to the beach through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any deeded beach access along 30A. • Tram Info: Free tram service to/from The Village and Sunset Beach access is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March to October, 9am-5pm CST. For tram service November through February or for questions about the tram please call. • Beach Chairs: Two beach chairs are at the condo for your use. Please do not leave them on the beach overnight. It is asked that prior to departure the chairs get wiped clean for incoming guest(s) use. Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas) the company that provides these amenities is La Dolce Vita. La Dolce Vita also offers kayaks and Yolo Board rentals on the beach. When using a grill, do not leave it unattended. • Groceries: Need something quick? Just head to Seacrest Sundries at the front of The Village. The closest grocery stores are Publix or Aldi, both are 5 minutes away (by car). From The Village, turn left onto 30A. At traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98. Go 2.5 miles, at the traffic light turn left for Publix and right for Aldi. • Laundry: Credit card operated washers and dryers for guest use are by the pool area • Misc Info: • HVAC unit is controlled by a remote housed on the wall by the lounge chair • The linens for the sleeper sofa are kept in the wardrobe cabinet • Please be respectful of other guests and owners in residence, quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am • PLEASE NOTE: The Village community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective 2022 The Village HOA has banned the use of golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 23 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under. 2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home. 7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 23. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. 8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under. *Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
