"Parking for a fee. And was told at check in there was an extra 15 dollar “service fee” including something like bike rental which was never needed or used. Quite absurd. Car got hit and run in the parking garage and the hotel says no camera coverage."

"Newer hotel, everything is expensive 😂, toothbrush and toothpaste have to bring your own, if you want the hotel to have a set of 20 dollars, parking fee 60 dollars a day, and finally you need to pay the city fee and tax, the room is very clean, the scenery is very good, we live in a sea view room, you can watch the sunrise and sunset on the bed, Walking can reach many attractions"

"The hotel lobby is very beautiful and the location is also very good. The rooms are relatively old and the lighting is average but the area is quite large. But don't eat in the hotel! The waiter in the breakfast restaurant saw that I was Asian and took me to the worst seat! ! ! ! Take other white people who didn't make a reservation to sit in the good seats inside! The male waiter in the restaurant is 100% ******! ! ! !"

Ride Share: You can take Metro Flex an on demand ride share for the same price as the bus to Downtown Renton or the Rainer Beach light rail station. Light Rail: You can take the light rail to the airport or Downtown Seattle. The Rainer Beach Station is an 8 minutes drive. Airport: Depending on demand pricing, we often take either Yellow Cab or Uber to the airport. It takes less than a half hour and should cost you roughly $25.00 plus tip. ► We can accommodate up to 10 guests but we think the house is more comfortable for 6 guests. ► Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way. ► Please comply with all the hot tub rules posted on-site near the tub. ► Please no excessive noise, music or rowdy behavior that might disturb the neighbors, especially when using the hot tub and the outdoor area. ► The alley leading to our 2 onsite parking spaces is unpaved and bumpy which can be challenging for low clearance vehicles to navigate. ► Instant hot water dispenser can "spit" if opened full blast so keep children away from it. ► Depending on weather, the outdoor solar lit pathways can be dark later on at night. Please be careful. ► In cold/icy weather nearby side street can get thick ice. 64th Ave S however is plowed and/or de-iced for a good alternative parking are for the couple days a year this kind of weather is an issue.
