"The hotel room is kinda old, and it’s quite disappointing, the hair blower is still those kind of really old fashioned one you have to press and blow. When we first got in the room, it has that kind of awful smell that’s really dusty, and even for the bedsheets it’s super dusty, we got nose allergy instantly. The housekeeping service is kinda bad, they don’t refill enough for the stuff and don’t clean well. But their reception is really nice and we ate at their restaurant their service is super nice as well the food is so so."

"Very pleasantly surprised! I originally thought that I would just stay for two days on a business trip, but I didn't expect to be able to stay in such a quality hotel in Hanoi at this price. The front desk lady was very polite and professional, and spoke fluent Chinese. The hotel breakfast was very rich, with Vietnamese noodles. There was everything you could need downstairs, including a convenience store and a small stall. The bathtub was a little small, but a simple bath was still very refreshing. Highly recommended!"
