"Stayed at Jaffna Casa Hotel for 7 days, during my stay, the room was. Clean, spacious and comfortable. And air conditioned work well, which made the room pleasant to relax in. The bathroom was neat and came with basic toiletries and fresh towels."

"I was there for 3 nights. As I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by warm welcome and a cold towel and welcome drink. Check in process was quick and painless. Overall the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast they provide is fantastic, best of local and western food. The waiters and staff always around you taking care and making sure all your needs were met. Senior staff members too would walk around and make sure the guest are well taken care. Definitely would make it again. The building was very clean and the rooms were cleaned everyday. I had fresh towels and I got good value for my money."

"Beautiful place, too expensive for its category, its comfort and its location in comparison with other accommodation of the same type: 9000 SLR (26€) for a double with breakfast. Pretty villa outside, in a pleasant garden. The welcome from Robby and his assistant, who are employees, is warm. The interior of the villa is very simple. A few rooms with minimum comfort, small, tastelessly furnished. No decoration. Air conditioning, fan, television. Clean laundry. Very small but functional bathroom. The villa is far from everything. As it does not offer meals, you have to go to town by car if you want to eat. (on foot it takes 30 minutes one way). Breakfast is minimalist. The driver who was staying there was not even allowed morning tea. Damage"

"We stayed here for a couple of nights whilst visiting Jaffna. The website descriptions are accurate. This is a very welcoming small luxury boutique hotel. There are four rooms. We stayed in the ‘peacock’ room which was very comfortable with good air conditioning. The whole villa is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. The hotel is within walking distance of the town but we chose to eat in both nights as we were tired from sightseeing. You choose options from a suggested menu (traditional) and they cook it freshly for you at your preferred time. Spices were adjusted to our personal preferences. Breakfast was a similar arrangement and all food was eaten at the beautiful dining table. It felt like a private dining experience. The swimming pool was very welcome and is set in a well tended garden. Thankyou to Kogulan (front of house) and Mekala (chef) for a wonderful stay."

"All the staff were very friendly. The manager, Rohanth, and Thinesh were extremely helpful. The front desk staff member, Princy, was also very kind and helpful. I don’t remember the names of the other staff members, but they were all wonderful. A special thanks to the chef for preparing jackfruit for us when we requested it. Overall, we felt like we were with a family who cared for us wholeheartedly. We will definitely come back!"
