Good location, warm hospitality, I recommend this place especially for couple

The property is big and rooms are spacious, despite in the middle of jaipur city the area is like a quiet zone. The staff specially Mr ASLAM very friendly. It was wonderful stay

Recently had a chance visiting one of the prestigious hotels in Jaipur with my family- The Jal Mahal Palace, and I have to say, the experience of the property was breathtaking. Such a beautiful view, fresh atmosphere as we were surrounded by trees all over and of course, how can I not mention about the stunning architecture of the property and food which was delicious, rich in taste and mouth watering indeed, must try their dessert. I would like to take this moment to thank Mr. Shiv, the best host at Jai Mahal Palace. His hospitality truly added more value to our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of, especially my parents. It was like having a brother next to us, making us smile with his hospitality journey and taking care of our smallest requests. All in all, a great *** best suited for his hospitality. Thanks for the most memorable stay. Would definitely come back with the family.

Grace, Grandeur & Unmatched Hospitality Taj at Its Finest We had the pleasure of attending the engagement of Chanakya with Chandni on 19th July at the Taj a celebration that brought friends and family from across the country, including the bride’s family from Bihar. While I have always admired the Taj, this review isn’t written out of loyalty – but because what we experienced that evening was truly beyond reproach. The touch of class, the refinement in every detail from the décor to the seamless coordination left us deeply impressed. Mr. Kuldeep Sharma and Chef Pankaj led a team that delivered with grace, efficiency, and genuine warmth. The menu was exquisite, with every dish delighting the palate and presentation that reflected pure finesse. Our gathering included senior generals and top police officers, each one seasoned in attending high-profile events and yet, each one was unanimous in their appreciation of the venue, the food, and most notably, the hospitality. What stood out was not just luxury, but the quiet dignity and professionalism that defines the Taj experience. It wasn’t overdone it was just right. Many guests, inspired by the experience, have already begun exploring the possibility of hosting their own functions here a true reflection of how memorable the evening was.
