This place is very pathetic. Owner and this place management make your stay hell if you demand them any service, Breakfast is very bad as they ask you to order from menu but as per menu mostly item is unavailable only Sandwich. Room looks nice in images but when your observe closely you find there are lots of insects like Thysanura. earwings, spiders etc. On the floor no safty for sF kids as big gaps in stair cases bountries. Very small swimming pool, No TV option other then Youtube. There is very horrible management and mostly thing kept in room are expired. Whenever you try to discuss for issue they show you the door of Manson. No room cleaning. Very much racism for guest and management put comment on guest Caste and Culture. Worst place to live in Jaipur. Host torture you for allthe ways and can ask you to leave Manson in night if you raise concern.

I don’t understand the negative reviews about this hotel at all! We stayed here as a family for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The owner of the hotel is the loveliest woman you could meet and did everything she possibly could to help us from packing us a packed lunch for our excursions to doing our laundry without even charging us! She went out of her way to be kind and accommodating. We had no problems with hot water that other people seem to have had - she told us to keep the switch for the hot water on throughout our stay when we checked in. This is not a 5star luxury hotel, if people book this hotel expecting this then you will be disappointed but it is in a great area, clean, comfortable, nice breakfast. Owner helped us by booking taxis for a good price. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The lady running this hotel is highly unprofessional ****** abusive and cheater ....worst hospitality i hv ever faced....no hot water available....lady took extra charge for extra bed but refuse to provide us the same....she made us waiting at gait for 30 min...she has made it hostel more than a hotel...no one should ever take this hotel

We were denied check-in at 1030 pm and were told to leave the property. We have a paid and confirmed booking and had to struggle with finding an alternative accommodation late at night.

Good things first. Excellent location and jyoti at the reception is sweet in her demeanor. Bad. Food served as breakfast awful. Cold water in shower. No phone in the room. Overall experience is avarage. Jaipur has many better options.

We had taken breakfast in this package but there was no breakfast buffet. We had to choose from their breakfast menu one night before. Rooms were good. But we paid very high amount which was not worth it for that accommodation and facilities

The mansion possesses a lot of character. There were interesting photos and history through but was let down by a couple of things 1) Hot water barely makes it through two showers 2) The mattress was rock hard and the bed frame squeaked 3) the blinds are transparent. So privacy is a concern. Aside from these negatives which are easily addressed I really like the rest of the place. The staff were incredibly friendly and inviting.

It was such an undelighful experience without even staying, i've ever witnessed at a stay. The host, the service, the communication, the staff and what not was so bad. Due to some disagreement, host asked us to leave the place without even checking in and said she will refund the amount and took my bank details. But i followed up with her and she lied on my face and said it's against the hotel policy. She was abusing and disrespectful in the most extreme way. I tried to keep my calm but it was useless. Even their staff was unresponsive when we arrived for checkin. If you ever want to spoil your day or may be days after, refrain from booking such place. The lady refused to refund the amount and called me a lier. Such an aweful experience. Hope no one gets here in future. I would suggest the management to not have such employees or caretakers for a place which they can't handle
