Very mismanaged property, no directional signages, lack of staff. I off season, starting here is like a jail. You can't come out of the property if you are a first time visitor, neither you could trace restaurant. It's not an adventure. Guest's valuable time is exhausted is just searching the exit way and restaurants. Front office also doesn't informs you about the location while Checking in. Highly mismanaged.

Very good stay , thanks to Hotel staff Mr. Vijay , Amrita , khalil Food is very nice . Nice swimming pool, sunset view is very nice ..... Cleanliness: "Clean room, stunning views, and top-notch amenities". Comfort: "The bed was large and very comfortable". Amenities: "Rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing views". Spaciousness: "The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable".

Excellent service from the front desk from Amretta and Sanjay ! My AC was making some noise and they were super responsive to it and change my room. Beautiful pool and surrounding, spacious room and comfy bed ! I also had great indian food dinner !

It was a good experience, food was better too. Yah we demanded game zone to open and they did it on 11 pm which was nice

The place is so beautiful and well maintained. It gives you feel like staying in Haveli. This was really amazing stay. I would highly recommend this place. The staff was quite friendly and made me feel more comfortable. They assist you in each possible way. Ms. Arpita was the front desk manager and she helped me for conveyance and guide for the city tour and other things. This place is worth staying.

The hotel looks great from outside, rooms are large but our bathroom needed a good clean and to be honest needed refurbishment. The pool area had only 3 sunbeds and all 3 were broken. The tables and chairs around were heavy metal with no seat pads. We struggled to get a waiter to serve drinks around the pool. Everything was a bit hit and miss.

Está bastante abandonado, sobre todo el baño. Tiene mal el alicatado, hacen reído las cañerías, tiene malos olores y da la impresión que no fue limpiado desde hace meses. Si volviera a viajar no volvería a alojarme en el un hotel de esta categoría no puede tener estos defectos.

Location It's 2.5kms away from Jesalmer city where all other big name hotels are situated. Well transport is easily available from city to hotel and from hotel to city but little bit expensive. Exterior The well maintained Palace looks like a hotel from the exterior and from some parts of the interior also (Reception area, Dining hall, Terrace) Two main hotel buildings ***** with green lush areas and giant swimming pool and main hotel building having beautiful jharokha style gallary and good getgo gather area in center surrounded by hotel rooms. Reception Once we reach our warm welcome in Rajasthani style with "Padharo sa", Smooth and easy check in, the whole area of the reception lobby looks beautiful with paintings, wall arts and ceiling hangings. Rooms Our room is very beautifully decorated, neat and clean, with garden facing jharokha, Specious room and more extra 2 persons also can accommodate, all modern amenities (TV, Fridge, Heater, AC, Room services, cattle, are there in the room Bathroom It was good sufficient area and equipped with all modern amenities. All toiletries are available in the bathroom. Room service It was very quick and prompt, during our stay the main room door lock was not properly looked so we complain the same and within 30minutes problem solved with making new door locks. Restaurants A beautiful decorated dining hall with beautiful hand wall arts paintings and hangings. Food was very well cooked, delicious and as per our requirements. Sheff is very supportive that whatever we ask for he made it available for us. Staff All staff of house keeping, restaurants and reception areas were very kind, polite and humble. Overall it was a very fantastic and memorable stay with the SSK fern, The desert resort.

Enjoyable stay. Very supportive hotel staff. Food is awesome. Rooms are with modern amenities with heritage touch. Impressed with courtesy by Miss Amrita. Guided very well. Looking forward to visit again. ✌✌

Prächtiger Sandsteinpalast mit exzellentem Essen (ich liebe das Malai Kofta!), schönem Pool und geräumigen Zimmern! Für uns der perfekte Rückzugsort nach den Besichtigungen des Fort und einem Kamelritt im Sonnenuntergang. Gern wieder!

Everything was superb. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was soo nice. Room was very neat and clean

I stayed in fern for 1 days and in 2 rooms with family. One of the rooms did-not have curtains, they did-not care to change any requests took long time to serve.

Property is good but not up to the mark breakfast has very few dishes but staff is very good and very well behaved

Stay was very memorable. Rooms are highly maintained and luxury experience. Service is very good. Restaurt food is tasty. Breakfast plenty of options are available. Overall memorable stay
