Excellent service and hospitality. Loved the stay staff was polite and humble. Great service quality level. Kids loved the pool time, food quality and variety was awesome also. Highly recommended. Come stay and enjoy. Ambience view awesome. Night lighting was very brautiful and night walk in garden was amazing. Loved it.

Very nice and clean environment. Food is very good and lots of variety is available. Local Rajasthani folk music and dance program is also organized in the evening and is really good. We enjoyed the stay. Will suggest that if one visits Jaisalmer must stay and enjoy this resort.

Very comfortable stay with delicious food. Ambience of the hotel was also good. Connected to nearby destinations very easily. Has a a swimming pool in it. They have a small cultural program at night which was also good. Overall perfect place for family vacation

Property is very nice and well maintained. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Had a very pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 4 days and it was a very bad experience. The cost of the room doesn't justify the hospitality at all. I'm stunned as to how MakeMyTrip can call it a 5 star hotel. I've lived in better homestays than this. This was the worst hotel I stayed during my 11 day Rajasthan trip. 1. The Room was very small with a very tiny window that did not match MakeMyTrip description photos. 2. Breakfast buffet was pathetic, both in variety and quality. The taste was not good, and some items felt stale. They had the same breakfast menu everyday. 3. There is no lift in the hotel(!) 4. You'd need multiple calls to the front desk everyday for small things. Never during room cleaning were we provided with napkins - always had to ask for them explicitly. During one room cleaning session, a new bed cover was put which was still DAMP! They did change them when I brought it up, but something like this shouldn't happen in the first place. 5. Wifi speeds are very slow. 6. None of the channels in the tv worked, again had to call front desk to get it fixed. You'd need to follow up for these things also 7. Room service food is bad. You'd order vegetable maggi, and they'd give you a plain one while still charging for vegetable maggi. White sauce pasta tasted like raw milk 8. Washroom is very cramped. There are hard water stains and a weird smell is always present in the washroom All in all, I'd suggest researching for a better hotel. This one charges a premium while not delivering even the basic standards.

I stayed at this supposed 5-star hotel recently, and it was an absolute disappointment. The food was incredibly tasteless and bland, far from what you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. To make matters worse, the towels in the room were visibly dirty, with stains that should never be seen in a luxury establishment. On top of all that, there was no hot water in the bathroom, which made the experience even worse. This hotel has failed to live up to any of its promises and I won’t be returning. Certainly not worth the price!

Very comfortable stay

El hotel es espectacular, tiene un patio interior con jardín por el que puedes dar pequeño paseo por las noches, incluso tienen algunas sillas y mesas para sentarte (la calle a la que da el hotel no tiene nada y está bastante oscura, no recomiendo salir una vez que se hace de noche). Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas muy cómodas. En mi caso la habitación en la que me alojé tenía un pequeño sofá justo debajo de la ventana, perfecto para leer. Todo estaba muy limpio, el baño disponía de todo lo necesario (incluso kit dental). El buffet del desayuno tiene gran variedad y todo está buenísimo (y no es muy picante). El personal es amable y atento, lo recomiendo.
