Hotel Relax Inn Jaisalmer

Betoverende ervaring bij Relax Inn, Jaisalmer Ons verblijf in Relax Inn was werkelijk fantastisch! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, werden we met open armen ontvangen. We werden keurig opgehaald van het station en kwamen aan in een sfeervolle, brandschone kamer – iets wat je niet altijd tegenkomt tijdens het reizen door India. Wat deze plek echt bijzonder maakt, is de warme gastvrijheid van het personeel. Iedereen was oprecht vriendelijk, behulpzaam en stond altijd voor ons klaar. We voelden ons hier direct thuis! Als kers op de taart boekten we via het hotel een desert safari, en dat was een onvergetelijke ervaring. De magische zonsondergang in de uitgestrekte woestijn, de gezellige kampvuurgesprekken onder een fonkelende sterrenhemel en de heerlijke traditionele maaltijd maakten het helemaal af. Relax Inn is zonder twijfel een aanrader voor iedereen die Jaisalmer bezoekt! Wij zouden hier zo weer terugkomen.

I had the worst experience in this hotel . Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Basic amenities were not provided and a lot of disturbances were there from them . As a women , it was very uncomfortable to stay in the hotel. Would like to add to this that the foreign customers were given more preference as compared to us .

Amazing place to stay. Very clean. People are very nice and helpful. Close to the fort, lake and city. I was sick for a night and the boss Aziz, came at the middle of the night to help me. Thanks you very much. I warmly recommend this place to stay. Its pretty rare to find this quality of cleaning in india and at a very good price. Thanks Plus they gift me something nice before leaving

Near from fort. But quite night time. Room is clean and we can use hot water. And my recommended place is rooftop restaurant anytime you can order some food and drink. View of there is so beautiful. Most of all, all of them staff are so kind and nice. フォートがあまりに人が多く疲れましたが、少し離れたここはとても静かで、ほとんどの時間をここで過ごしました。お湯も出ますし（熱いので調整が必要なレベル）何より人が良く、とても楽しい時間を過ごしました。 ルーフトップで食事もできるのでとても便利でした。お勧めします。

Service from Relax Inn was excellent from the point of booking. The Co- owner Aziz got in touch via the booking engine to arrange pick up from the train station. He speaks good English and was also able to explain options for camel safaris around Jaisalmer. All conversations were hassle free, there was no pressure to book. Our train from Jodhpur was 4 hours late but we kept in touch with Aziz and he was at the station to meet us at 3am! He escorted us to the hotel which is just outside the fort walls, less than 10 minutes easy walk to the main gate. The hotel is a new building constructed in sandstone to match the local architecture. Our room was a good size, well decorated with ac and fan and a large comfy bed. The bathroom was modern with hot water shower. The booking engine had mentioned balcony and we were expecting an external one but it was a large window with ledge and space for sitting. There is a nice roof top restaurant and we ate there a number of times in the 3 nights we stayed. Food was good price, freshly cooked and tasty. We booked a camel safari through the hotel (personal, just us and guide) which was excellent. We slept in the desert under the stars and had a good meal cooked on open fire plus 2 camel rides. All was top quality. Literally nothing was too much trouble for Aziz and the staff. He booked us a bus to Udaipur and took us to the bus station and made sure we got our seats ok. The level of service really was excellent and he and his partner Tiger really care about their business and reputation. It’s no surprise everyone ranks it 5 star- it’s well deserved. I’d recommend Relax Inn as a place to stay and would return again. Nice room, good people, great service, what more do you need ?!

Wenn du eine Reise nach Jaisalmer planst, musst du unbedingt hier her kommen. Aziz und sein Team sind einfach toll, die Zimmer immer sauber und auf der Dachterasse mit Blick aufs Fort kann *** sich nur wohlfühlen. Das Essen war super und immer alles da, was auf der Karte stand. Zu jeder Uhrzeit gibt es einen Abholservice von der Bahnstation for free. Die Mitarbeiter waren super hilfsbereit. Aziz brachte uns mit seinem Motorrad zum Krankenhaus, half uns dort und hat uns wieder abgeholt. Vermisse das Hotel jetzt schon.
