I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet, not too noisy, which made it very relaxing. Here is a photo of the swimming pool. Unfortunately, I couldn’t access the rooftop pool, as I was informed that it is now a private pool. That was a bit disappointing, as I was really looking forward to enjoying the view from the rooftop. Overall, a very nice experience and I would still recommend this hotel for those looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

Hotel smells nice, bedsheets smells good too. Just across the road from shopping haven Tanah Abang. Staff is very friendly.

The location is very strategic if you’re planning to do some shopping around Tanah Abang or Thamrin City. Near to a lot of attractions. Easy to book Grab for easier commute. Staff is very friendly. Always smile, make us feel very welcome.

Overall, great stay at the hotel 👍🏼 The rooms were clean and spacious, food was delicious and had wide variety of food 👍🏼 No issues with aircon or insects 👍🏼 The location of the hotel was also good as we were close to several places of interest 👍🏼 Thank you for the pleasant experience. Will stay here again next time 🙏🏼

Good location. Service is okay. The hotel is quite old. They need to change the towel, it is too old, dry and the color is too black. The view from the hotel is completely blocked from the building opposite. So you won't see anything even if you booked a city view room.

Service was good..Wifi Internet had problems ..but sorted out..AC was good in the room..TV transmission was good..Bathroom cleanliness to be improved.

Have stayed before when it was first opened. This time Stayed for 5 nights and was a little disappointed with its cleanliness. Shower floor probably never been scrubbed and slimy. Found lots of human hairs on the dressing chair, told the management they came to inspect but was not apologetic.
