Jakarta Cilandak Hotels

I have stayed in this hotel over and over. Very good location. Clean and neat rooms. Deluxe rooms with Meteo view are my favourite. The hotel always gave me upgrades. Had buffet lunch, and that was superb. All staff in the restaurant are very good. Located with a small mall, and can buy little things what we want. Easy to travel to other areas. Metro Lebak Bulus station is next to the hotel and can go to the station even during rainy days without getting wet via sky Bridge. Whole staff of the hotel very kind, smiling, pleasant and friendly and supportive. Near to Pondok Indah big shopping mall. I love this place. Thanks to all the front desk staff, Winda, Elena, Galih, Maulana, and all others and Tryana front officer manager again.. Hope to see you again.

This was one of the best bang for buck stays I've ever had. I travel a lot and all over and the level of service and quality that one gets with this hotel is remarkable. The service is very good especially at breakfast. To add on more about breakfast, the breakfast itself is excellent. So much variety to choose from and freshly prepared. There's fresh pancakes, waffles and eggs made at the buffet. There's of course fresh made Asian dishes too but I'm a westerner living in China so I get excited for the Western comforts. The service at breakfast is top notch, everyone was very friendly and service oriented. There is a small mall nearby with many food options and even some decent massage places. Do note this hotel is not near anything touristy but my wife and I were not Jakarta for tourism as we had a work event. We would happily return.

Honestly for the price it was amazing! Didn't take the breakfast so can't comment, but there was a water dispenser on every floor that was super convenient - and we loved that it was right next to the mall CITOS

The room is clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is quiet. There are many kinds of food. The location is near the expressway, making it convenient to travel.

Great place for a staycation or when travelling in south Jakarta, rooms are spacious, service is excellent, staff are friendly and facilities are tip top! Highly recommend good value for money

Great hotel next to Cilandak town mall and offering everything you need to settle in Jakarta for a few days. WiFi was a bit slow to work remotely, but doable if it’s only for a few days. The pool, restaurant, breakfast and service were really good and value for price was great!

Strategic location with affordable price, bathroom are nice because it has multi shower. And helpful staff

Nice hotel , staff amazing service , friendly and smiling all the time , blue bird taxi outside the hotel anytime you want , restaurants food not the best I have had just average , when they say fried chicken you’d expect freshly fried in a restaurant but I got some that were obviously cooked hours prior , room was smaller than I expected when you see it in the pictures , stove in the kitchenette was really old and took time to heat up. Would I stay there again yes maybe for a few days passing through Jakarta but no longer .
