The hotel is perfect for family. we took 2 bedroom. as we have small kids, the stove comes in handy to make their porridge. there's a kids club too which was relatively small but still good enough for our toddlers. the breakfast buffet had good choices of food. there in room dining choices was plenty. However, we tried the rasaspa for an hour massage. they weren't welcoming didn't even ask what type of massage we wanted eventho there was 4 types of massage on their brochure. was very boring compared to other spas ive been to. there's no background music so it was completely silent in the room (very awkward) and the masseuse phone kept vibrating. so didnt rlly enjoy the spa.
I stayed her with my cousin because after lasik I could only watch TV. Sadly, I don’t have a smart TV at home whereas my only entertainment is netflix.
The room is not too spacious, but just enough. The only thing that I dislike is the way to reach the hotel lobby is a bit…..complicated (?)
Things I like and appreciate.
1. Whenever I look out the window, the view is similar with when I stay is Bandung. There are lots of trees and green areas, so the vibe is cool or maybe serene.
2. Smart TV my love, even a good hotel such as Aston Bogor doesn’t have one.
3. There are reading lamps besar the bed.

I recently stayed at the Grandkemang Hotel Kemang Jakarta and I must say that it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is an old building but it has a cozy and spacious feel to it. The room I stayed in was big and clean and had all the necessary amenities. The pool was a great place to relax and unwind, and the hotel was quiet which made it even more peaceful.
However, I did notice that the hotel had a smell which could be due to its age. Despite this, I would still recommend the Grandkemang Hotel Kemang Jakarta to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Jakarta.
Honestly for the price it was amazing! Didn't take the breakfast so can't comment, but there was a water dispenser on every floor that was super convenient - and we loved that it was right next to the mall CITOS
Overall a good hotel. But I found that the lights in my room are quite dim and the windows are unable to lock properly. Can be quite noisy from the outside.
The hotel is located in the most strategic location of your aim to stay in the Kemang area South of Jakarta. Also this hotel is a very vibrant hang out place for many young people especially on weekends, which is why you should not choose it if you’re looking for peaceful sleep at night . The rooms are generally clean and provided with minimal amenities. Two big towels in each room but hand towels you need to ask otherwise they will not give you . Walls are in generally also too thin so you may have a chance to hear things that are happening next door or above your room ! My biggest problem with this Hotel is that the shower doesn’t really have Hot Water . It’s just little little bit warm and you have to turn off the Aircon in your room to avoid catch cold during and after shower . Their breakfast is excellent, the Nasi Goreng is famously known to be so delicious. I would still choose to stay here if it’s a short stay of 2 days but will not choose if it’s longer than that .

RRiffaThe receptionist and her team provided really good service.
I will be a regular customer if I am in South Jakarta.
AAnonymous UserWiFi cannot be used, using Samsung Note 10+ mobile phone and macbook pro can't enter the provided hotspot. Contacted the clerk, he couldn't calculate it.
Bby shagiThis gem in the center of the city is an Oasis of relaxation and chill nestled within a Heritage Hotel . Comfortable and peaceful with everything you need. My partner and I had a too-short staycation there and we were beyond pleased . Great for business, couples or families .
a gem
- ask for Hamra - he is the connect after checking in
AAnonymous UserOur favourite hotel to stay whenever we have a bizz trip in Jakarta. the room is not that spacious but complete and the staff were super helpful. they got smart tv and fast internet connection, also in-purchase food that were delicious
GGuest UserNice design and basic room. Nothing much around the vicinity of the hotel even though it is in Dharmawangsa . . unfortunately the wrong side!
So if you are looking for cafes, bars, eateries around the hotel better not stay here. This hotel is attached to a convention hall which I believe is popular for weddings. So could be crowded and noisy if there is a wedding or event going on. Breakfast was pretty good and affordable. Service overall is very good . . all the staff try to make the guests happy.
The cafe food is ok if you stick to the standard Indonesian cuisine. We tried the Tom Yam Goong Soup and it was totally not right! But in all fairness the F&B manager did not charge us for it after we gave him the feedback.
Will probably stay again if we have meetings that way.
AAnonymous UserThe service provided by the staff is heartfelt and truly wonderful. However, the entire building has become dilapidated, which has significantly lowered our satisfaction. In particular, as shown in the attached photo, the windows are not properly fixed, and there are a few mosquitoes in the room. Although renovation is necessary, this investment has been neglected for a long time.
GGuest UserIt was a good experience to stay here and good for solo travellers cause the amenities provided are nice! Plus it was near to the mrt station which easy to go anywhere and got a near restaurant too!
If you like the idea of sampling local flavors while traveling, consider staying at
Capital O 3300 Nadjara Residence Syariah
. There are plenty of restaurants that serve local dishes near the hotel.
