Excellent stay as always. The entire fortune jalandhar team, and especially Juhi from the front desk, were extremely helpful. The rooms are also cozy and comfortable, and the restaurant has good food and is highly accomodating. Would highly recommend!

The room was good . Food was excellent. The ambience was also really nice. All the staff member wheather it was juhi on the front desk or neha mamta harpreet in the restaurant all were really very nice polite and helpful in every way. Really nice experience staying here

The room that we were in was quite comfortable, clean and well serviced. The staff was very helpful especially Juhi, Rohit, Manjeet and Souvik in the entrance level 2. The staff in the restaurant were amazing especially the chef Surjit. His cooking was fantastic especially lamb Seekh kebabs, chicken tikka and fish tikka. The staff baked us a cake to celebrate our 40th marriage anniversary. That was a nice touch which was totally unexpected but really appreciated. The breakfast each day was tasty and fresh and I would like to recommend this hotel to all foreign NRI’s. It would further improve the hotel’s Cleaning reputation if more attention was given to detailed deep cleaning of the bathrooms, showers and toilets. Overall cleaning was not too bad and acceptable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Fortune hotel, Jalandhar. Thanks ITC fortune hotel, Jalandhar and we look forward to returning in the near future as the stay was really comfortable and enjoyable. I have been traveling to Jalandhar regularly for my business for almost a year now, and every time, I choose to stay at ITC Fortune — and for good reason! The hospitality at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to every need. A special mention to Ms. Juhi at the Front Desk, who consistently greets us with a bright smile and is always ready to assist with anything we require. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The restaurant staff is equally impressive — courteous, prompt, and dedicated to making every dining experience enjoyable. Staying here feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jalandhar!

I have been staying in Hotel from 1 year now...and every time I visit it's always a pleasure to stay here Few people who have helped a lot like Rohit Ji Himself for the warm welcome and guiding us, Juhi ( has always welcomed us with a Smile and room upgrade whenever possible) Sheetal in F&B and Pushpendra ji for going a step ahead and arranging Snacks so we as a team can spend some good time together in Room And as always Rumit mam for arranging everything even the last min bookings :) Thanks a Ton .....

I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone planning a family get-together. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service went above and beyond our expectations. The location is convenient with plenty of parking, and the ambience is warm and inviting. One of the highlights is the rooftop terrace, which offers stunning views of the city—perfect for photos and a relaxing moment after your meal. I’ll definitely be sharing this great experience with my friends!
