Initially 1st day on 28 th May I was very unhappy, room 204 was allocated to me whose bath room was very inconvenient, bathing space water spilling , no space for holding towel etc and even keeping few things like shaving gadgets etc Next day , however, new room was allocated 303 , this was ok, room serve was ok , the service boy mr Amit had paid personal attention to room cleaning etc . He was available at one phone call away The dining facilities, food quality and the dining hall management was excellent, the following staff and officials were extremely cordial and caring not only about the dining but were always enquiring about my stay And any difficulty etc and ensuring that it is attended to 1.sh Harpal executive chef 2.Suraj manager 3Susana steward 4.marina captain 5Geeta steward The above deserve out of turn advancement and financial incentives, they need to be encouraged in performance of their duties.
