Food is excellent..Chef Harpal Singh and team took very good care of us. Rooms are spacious and clean and the property is kept well. I enjoyed the morning walks around the lawns. ... .... .... Stafd us courteous and location is well olaced between Jamnagar city and the refineries.

Near to city at best location also one can stay for halt in between. Nice ambiance with best atmosphere. Hotel staffs are very coordinative and give all time assistance. Best food and had best services. Swimming pool is maintained well and had good enjoyment.

Friendly and helpful staff . Rooms are clean and cozy. The restaurant serves nice food and the service is efficient. Chef Harpal Singh helped us with special Thai dishes and we relished the most. Suraj too displayed his culinary skills with a wonderful lemon juice. I Would definitely recommend the hotel for people visiting Jamnagar. Keep it up guys.

Initially 1st day on 28 th May I was very unhappy, room 204 was allocated to me whose bath room was very inconvenient, bathing space water spilling , no space for holding towel etc and even keeping few things like shaving gadgets etc Next day , however, new room was allocated 303 , this was ok, room serve was ok , the service boy mr Amit had paid personal attention to room cleaning etc . He was available at one phone call away The dining facilities, food quality and the dining hall management was excellent, the following staff and officials were extremely cordial and caring not only about the dining but were always enquiring about my stay And any difficulty etc and ensuring that it is attended to 1.sh Harpal executive chef 2.Suraj manager 3Susana steward 4.marina captain 5Geeta steward The above deserve out of turn advancement and financial incentives, they need to be encouraged in performance of their duties. Best service and good quality of food . Recommend Suraj and other members like Manish and female staff for home like hospitality. Overall stay was pleasant and refreshing and recommend people to stay at Orchid ,Jamnagar . All places like Dwarka , Somnath are nearby , so good place to halt.
