poor service. ac was not working in the room and after 2 hours they changed the room. next room also had water all over the floor. had to wait for an hour after ordering the food.

Clean rooms and washroom near and clean staff is very cooperative and polite speaking. Food quality is good.

Room quality was good Mr. Shashi and Ms. Pompy was very supportive during my stay in The Fern Residency Jamnagar.

The stay was good, the location of property was also excellent. Only they need to increase the variety of food in breakfast.

I have booked hassel suite to celebrate our first night occasion ***** with decorations and cake in order to surprise my wife . The check in time was 2:00pm and we arrived at hotel 9:30pm. Before reaching hotel, I confirmed via call whether the room is ready or not. The management inform that all things are in place.To my surprise, the room was neither decorated nor anyone at the management was responding. We waited for about 45 min at waiting area. Meanwhile the management did the decoration. Coming to the decoration part, it was the worsttt. No flower decoration…nothing was done in name of decoration. Only ballons was found all over the room. However, for first night decoration, balloons shouldn’t be used. Some of the decorative items were so haphazardly placed. Secondly, we have to demand the cake from management as they have also forgotten the same. The cake arrived, but no customisation found. No name no tag no decorative plates. It seems that merely they have dump the cake into the room. It was very much horrible experience in such a 5 star chain hotels. I have physically booked the same well in advance ***** with all details mentioned and made complete payment in advance. The management was ruined our once in lifetime occasion which cannot be compensated monetary. At last at a time of checkout I demanded refund in room suite charges to which we were informed that for refund. Till date, neither mail nor refund has been received. Its been more than 12 days.Such a pathetic hospitality and mismanagement cannot be acceptable. Won’t recommend to anyone. Humble request plz start having negative stars rating bar as well.
