My kids enjoy the pool. There are many trees and plants, it's beautiful to look at and relaxing. The food is ok, but there aren't many choices. The place is nice especially if you want to exercise your body by walking. You just need to have signage or a map so you know where to go or what else you can explore in the area.

The new room villa with private dipping pool was cozy, nice and clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming space for us to relax. The layout was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, which made it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of activities. The décor was tastefully done, and the room was well-maintained, creating a peaceful environment for our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful place to spend quality time with loved ones. We also had free daily massage, breakfast for 4, free zipline, access to canopy walk and farm tour

The staffs are accomodating and has a good costumer service...The place is also relaxing and it has a well maintained pools.The foods served are all delicious......looking forward on coming back again in this place..keep up the good works

Our family went there for a day tour and was treated rudely by the restaurant staff. They were told to sit outside the restaurant as they didn't avail of the 500 pesos consumable,and even informed them to ONLY order drinks, since they are just there for a day tour. What a shame!!!

One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at so far! From the warm 'Mabuhay! Mayad nga adlaw' greeting upon arrival to the breathtaking views during breakfast, everything was exceptional. The rooms were immaculate, and the personalized touches like a welcome note and fresh fruits in the room made us feel so special. The food at Balay Uma is a must-try, with standout dishes like KBL, Lengua Sisig, Binusog na Bangus, and Binacol na Manok. Huge thanks to Sir Marlo and the amazing team—Jenica, Wilson, Julie Ann, Lyn Rose, Nielsi, Gary, and Lani—for making our stay unforgettable. Can’t wait to be back!

The place is almost one hour drive from the city. They have two pools, one is under their restaurant which offers a relaxing view of green sceneries. While we are having our snacks, we are enjoying the pool since they have a poolside table. This is a perfect place to relax and have an adventure. They have ATV's and Zipline. It was my first time to try ATV and I love how helpful and caring their staff were especially when my ATV got stuck in the mud. If you like to have a massage, they also have ILAYA SPA, which is a good place to relax after a fun activity. After your massage session, they will provide a ginger tea. The place is really quiet especially at night. The only problem is if you leave the place at night, the road has distant street lamp posts so it's quite dark and hard to drive at night.

Trying to get decent information was a pain. But once in check in was fairly smooth. Good restaurant service. Safe pool for the children. Food not bad either. Signature spa excellent. Gave the 3 rating because at the end of the day- it poured with rain and suddenly not a single driver of their 3 buggies could be found - waited an hour and the kids decided to run through the pouring rain. Receptionist helpless as she couldn’t leave her post nor would she allow guard to leave his post to rouse said useless drivers. A couple who had just checked in said they too had been waiting an hour just to be brought to their room. So I dunno. Owners better do something
