Very cozy little hotel with a lovely little wellness area with a fantastic view. We were lucky to have the wellness area all to ourselves for several hours in the morning before we were supposed to check out. Good breakfast, but not of the same standard as in larger hotels, which we also did not expect. We support sustainable operations and it is clear that you cannot dish up with a huge buffet when the hotel probably cannot accommodate more than around 40 guests at most. Check-in was a bit complicated, which is also evident in other reviews. I am not exaggerating when I say that there were over 20 emails from the hotel in total, before we had everything in order with room keys and parking. since we were traveling with two children we had to book two rooms and fill in a lot of duplicates. There must be a better system for an unmanned reception? But considering the price, which was very cheap, we are willing to accept a little bit of a problem. The rooms were of an ok standard, nice bathrooms and with a balcony with a lovely view. Minus the carpeted floors. We found no way to regulate the heat and since there was no air conditioning we had to keep the window open to get some proper air in. which made it at its coolest on this cold summer day. Nevertheless we give four out of five, as the price was so low that we feel we definitely got value for money despite some negative things.

Estafa. Nos cobran sin haber usado el parking En el check in online te obliga a poner la matrícula del coche, para luego cobrarte el aparcamiento aunque no hayas aparcado. Es una estafa puesto que no hay lugar para aparcar fuera del hotel excepto un parking público de pago más caro. Nosotros caímos y pagamos el público. A la hora de hacer el check out, nos cobraron el parking, pero teníamos prisa y no había nadie en recepción, así que decidimos reclamarlo online. La respuesta ha sido que no nos quieren devolver el dinero.

2 Wochen vor Anreise schickt das Hotel die Stornierung für 2 Familien verteilt auf 3 Zimmer. Man hatte sich offensichtlich Überbucht. Und das obwohl wir bereits 4 Monate im voraus gebucht hatten. Gewissenlos und frech P.S. da uns das Hotel gern als Zahlungsverweigerer darstellt: in unserer über die Hotelwebseite getätigten Buchungen stand weder etwas von Anzahlung, noch eine Bankverbindung. Nur "Zahlung als Banktransfer" Es wurden uns auch keine abweichenden der zusätzlichen Buchungsbedingungen übermittelt Wir haben im Januar dann nachgefragt bzgl der Zahlung, aber nur für 2 der 3 Zimmer eine Rechnung erhalten. Trotz mehrfachen nachfragen was mit dem 3. Zimmer ist, haben wir für das 3. Zimmer keine Antwort und Information erhalten. Ich habe 6 Mails bzgl dieser Nachfragen ans Hotel geschrieben, nur 3x wurde geantwortet: 1. Antwort Rechnung für Zimmer 1&2, 2. Antwort war bereits die Stornierung aller Zimmer, 3. Antwort nochmal bzgl Stornierung. Man hat dies seitens des Hotels bewusst herbeigeführt, da offensichtlich nicht mehr alle Zimmer wie gebucht verfügbar waren.
