Host and hostess are the most friendly and helpful people we met on this trip. They went out of their way to help us settle in. Seeing that I was travelling with my elderly mother and we were drained after our Udo trip before checking in, they helped us drive out to buy fried chicken for our dinner. We were taken aback by their kind gesture and really appreciate it. We were also served homemade drinks, which are the best we had, its much better than the drinks we had at other cafes.
The room itself is very interesting, the rooftop can be opened to view the sky and let in the breeze. There is a nightsky cam in the room that we can turn on in the night to view the "nightsky". This is definitely one of the most interesting places we stayed in.
I have fallen in love with Jeju and I will definitely stay in Igloo Pension when I visit Jeju again. Best place to stay ever!!!

The owner of Jeju Igloo Pension was really warm and kind. The story was also very good, and the breakfast was really satisfying. The owner treated me warmly as if I was a real grandmother, which really touched me. The family-like atmosphere made my stay here more comfortable. I will go again.

The boss and his wife are very welcoming. It was very late when I got off the plane on the first day and arrived at the accommodation. The boss and his wife drove me to the convenience store very well. The next day, they also provided us with a delicious breakfast and a jar of homemade orange jam as a gift. Great moment for us in Jeju. The igloo was absolutely perfect for us and we just regret not being able to spend more time there due to our busy schedule. The welcome from the owners was absolutely wonderful and the best of our 17 days in South Korea. Furthermore and contrary to what was indicated, breakfast was included and excellent. Our hosts really did everything to put us at ease and allowed us to taste excellent homemade jams while giving us a gift of a jar of fig jam. Very very happy to have been able to communicate with this couple and a stay to recommend and which benefits from being better known.
