Holiday Inn Express & Suites JENKS by IHG

Real mente me gustó todos los servicios de este hotel la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal todo estuvo excelente yo lo recomiendo

值得推薦很好很不錯

We stayed here this past weekend - 9/25-9/26. The floors were filthy. Bedbugs were found in the room and in our things. When we reached out to talk about this, the manager refused to talk or help. This is an absolute NO GO. DO NOT put your family through a stay in this place or the aftermath of treating your things and throwing your things away to keep from spreading bedbugs in your own home.

TERRIBLE. Me and my team stayed there for a volleyball tournament and we woke up and there was bedbugs on our stuff and beds. As well as multiple cockroaches I saw throughout are stay. Room smelt terrible like mold. As well shower was leaking. Overall never recommend and want a refund for the money my team spent and my teammates things

The room was falling apart. Floor tile in bathroom was cracked and sunk in. The carpet was stained and gross, so was the chair. The entire place had a funky smell. Walls were this and could here babies crying and couples fighting. Positives: Really good breakfast and we had an amazing view of the Arkansas River. We also loved the location. I highly recommend they remodel the place as it would be excellent to stay there if they just updated all the wore out gross stuff.

The only thing deficient is the dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Otherwise everthing Else was great. there was a group of young people who ran the halls and were loud the first night we stayed.

Reserved a king room. Given a queen room, room was beside stairs noisy all night. People upstairs children running back and forth until 1 am and back up after 6 am. Called desk no other rooms available. Shower dripped loudly into plastic tub all night. Towels must have been 80 grit. No coffee pot or supplies in room. More like a Motel 6 than a Holiday Inn.

Room was amazing. What a great value. Breakfast was ok. Location was great. Easy walkable and many restaurant close by

Staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good variety. Bathroom needs updating but was functional.
