"Beautiful resort that really makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. The grounds are well maintained and really pretty, the huts are a bit plain, but have what you need. The rooms do get really warm which I feel could be solved by blocking off the high roof. This would make it easier to clean and make the room a bit smaller for the small air con unit to cool down. We also had a double hut that connected to another one with a thin door which didn’t lock. Great for families travelling together, but as we did not know the people staying in the other hut, we would have liked the option to lock the door. The walls are also really thin so we sometimes heard a bit more than what we wanted to hear. Some of the activities are incredible! Highly recommend the night jungle walk. The guides are really knowledgeable and managed to spot tiny (and sometimes not so tiny) creepy crawlers for us to see. The day jungle walk was fun and not too hard. “Easy” jungle hiking. The boat trip to Lata Berkoh was a waste of time. The boat trip itself is fine, but you get out to look at a big tree, then again at a “fish sanctuary” which is really just a few empty buildings and a guy selling fish food in recycled bottles. You then feed the fish in the river. Finally, the swimming spot is just a different part of the dirty river, with conflicting signs which state it is both safe and unsafe to swim. The night boat tour was ok. The guides really try to find things for you to see, but it really depends on which animals are out and about. So all in all, good experience, but recommend looking outside the resort for things to do during the day, we mainly just sat around until the next activity we had booked as it was too hot to do anything and many of the trails were too long to do in between min 3-5km. Also: note you cannot get to the resort by car! You need to leave it in the parking and take a boat (1RM per passenger) to get to the resort. Not bad, just not something we knew and it took us a while to figure it out in the dark. Food was ok"

"We loved this place! The staff was very friendly, and our room was very nice as well. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool area, and the breakfast was excellent. There were adorable cats all around the hotel, and they were very friendly. Another great aspect was that there were no bugs or insects in the room, which we really appreciated. If we had to complain about one thing, it would be the AC system in the room—it was way too cold and difficult to manage. However, aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend visiting Taman Negara and staying at this resort!"

"Visited on 1st week of March 2022. My family (3pax) was the only visitor at Resort. Many cancelled as last week has flooding at Jerantut but not at this resort. My family had a wonderful time. We stayed 3nites 4days. Resort owner (Ijat) was super helpfull. Ijat helped organise actives for us. All was well planned not too tiring. My hubby ❤️ love the jungle serenity. Our stay comes with breakfast and dinner. Since only 3 of us - the variety was good and we were often full. Tasty dishes too. Room was clean. Had good view of garden"

"We have just spent 3 lovely nights here. The hosts are friendly and very welcoming, always willing to answer any questions you have. Accommodation: Room is basic and spotless. Toiletries are provided (soap & shower gel). Great rain shower and a hand held one as well. There is no storage in the room but a few hooks are provided. Beds are doubles but the mattresses need replacing. One pillow each as standard but we asked for an extra one each which was no problem. Air con works fine. No safe but to be honest you really don't need one. A kettle, tea bags & coffee are provided but no milk. Common area is beautiful with ample seating and stunning river views. Fans are dotted about which help to keep cool. Food & drink: Breakfast is similar to what we'd eat in UK - cereals, toast & preserves, fruit, eggs, juices & hot drinks. Dinner is delicious, always multiple choices, however, as others have commented it gets cold quickly, the use of hot plates would help. Water is provided with dinner but it's possible to purchase other soft drinks/juices. Location: As stated by them, it's located about 4.5km out of Kuala Tahan, this is no problem. If you book a trip through them, they give you a free shuttle, if you just want a lift into town, they do this for a tiny fee. Trips: as well as the standard trips (boat trip/natinal park), they offer a unique full day jungle experience for their guests, highly recommend doing this."
