"Our stay at the Guomen Hotel in Ji'an was great. The staff was A+... Front desk, Manager Leticia, Breakfast workers and maid staff were all over-the-top friendly, helpful, very respectful. Couldn't ask for a more warm, helpful experience. The hotel was beautiful. The only downsides were (because of comparitable properties I have visited) there was no "convenience" store on site where you could get snacks, etc. And the fact the property is a good distance from "town". So if you realize this and prepare, your experience there will be great! The Guomen Hotel is the nicest property in Ji'an. Great view of Yalu river and North Korea in the distance. Spacious rooms. Very quiet location also."

"We enjoyed our stay at this modern hotel. The receptionist is super efficient and helpful—communicating with us via a translation app. The location is quiet with  a good seafood restaurant and small convenience store steps away. The rooms are very spacious and modern. The bed is comfortable and everything is very clean. We didn’t see a laundry sheet though. As all over China in winter, the temperature in the room was centrally set to 24-25C and we needed to open the window to avoid overheating. Also, the smell of recirculated cigarette smoke wasn’t pleasant and opening the window helped. Again, a standard issue in China. The breakfast was 30 yuan per person and well worth it. A huge spread of fresh salads, various Chinese dishes, fruit and an egg station. You won’t need lunch…:) A very pleasant stay indeed."

"This is a smart hotel that opened not long ago. The rooms are large and the house is spacious and bright. Equipped with kitchen and cooking utensils. All electrical appliances are Xiaomi brand and are voice-controlled. The bedding is new and clean, without any odor. The bathroom is large and the shower is comfortable. The breakfast is quite rich. There is a parking lot, which is convenient for those who drive. The only drawback is that it is located in a residential area on the edge of the city, with inadequate living facilities nearby, making shopping and dining inconvenient. It is far from the Big Guitar Square, the Yalu River, the Ji'an Morning Market and the Huoben Restaurant Street, each of which takes more than 20 minutes on foot. The restaurant is not in the building. If it rains, you have to walk 50 meters in the rain, which is very inconvenient."

"The room is very clean. The aroma of the hotel is also very good (has to be connected). The Wi-Fi signal is very strong. The hotel is very close to the brazier street barbecue street. The front desk is very enthusiastic to recommend which one is delicious. It is also very convenient to park without stepping on thunder. There is a security guard to arrange a parking space. The environment of Ji'an is really good. Will come back to play, stay next time"
