設施和環境：1.隔音差早上7點就聽到外面説話聲音很吵人
衞生：離店後發現渾身疹子 奇癢無比都不能正常睡覺的癢，
入住水果也沒有給，主要就是衞生差 差的不行住這麼多酒店都沒有身上全身這樣

優點：酒店設施不錯，温泉水很好，個人感覺比天賜高一個level，温泉雖然沒天賜大，但絕對是小而精，房間設施也比天賜新，前台小姐姐服務態度非常好，周邊不是很熱鬧但是方便上下高速，外賣也能到。不想吃豆腐，開車十分鐘的劍門百味雞很好吃，麻辣串叫了外賣也不錯。
缺點：早餐人很多但也算秩序井然，不明白這樣的酒店水準，結果下米線下面的大姐可以直接拒絕客人多加點炸醬的要求，對着滿滿一盤的鹵子和客人説：加不了，這麼多人呢，不能多加～且不説足夠多的炸醬放那裡，就是剩不多了客人都提要求了也不能直接拒絕吧，你們準備的不夠多就多備料啊，直接降低出品質量不是拉低自己的水準麼？感情600一晚的住宿在這兒吃39一人的洗浴自助呢？

這家酒店是劍閣縣檔次最高的一家酒店，也是可以泡温泉檔次最高的酒店，關鍵是餐食特別棒，三樓油毛肚火鍋很贊，很有特色，是親子旅行的不二之選。

總體來説還可以，泡泡温泉，遊遊劍門關，放鬆放鬆。酒店至劍門關景區北門正常開車20分鐘左右，但還是建議儘量早點出發，不然堵車交通管制需要繞路很遠

房間很大，但晚上窗户對面山坡上有條公路有點吵。温泉不錯，還有小童戲水池夏天開放。室內有個大的温泉池，棚子的顏色是深藍色，感覺光線和透氣差點
從這去古蜀道挺方便，作為中轉休息的地方

酒店是劍閣縣地標式的，整體來説，各方面還是是符合價格和定位的。
室外雙人無限次温泉:很明顯的一股硫磺味道，應該是天然的温泉。衹是五一期間人有點多，池子水不太乾淨，整體還是能接受的。

凌晨到店，入住很快。遺憾的是這麼大的酒店房間居然不能反鎖，也沒有安全鎖條，讓我這個帶孩子出遊的媽媽整晚都睡得不踏實，衹能端個凳子把門堵住，出門在外，安全第一。其次説一下衞生，雖然酒店有那麼一點點老，但作為消耗品的床單卻有幾個洞，讓人一下就不舒服啦！細看床上還有東西見下圖，體驗感不好👎
