The staff are great, outstanding helpful and friendly. They also offer concierge service and driver to get yo the sights/ gondola! A Didi from Tongren airport to the hotel is very easy to pre order and cheap! Get a river side view room, do tranquil! The food at the restaurant is inexpensive and good. Be great if the hotel has a gym/ swimming pool. ( they have the space) . a great overall experience. Do make sure one walks at night to the village for authentic village food. 環境：河畔房型陽台的景色很不錯，爸媽表示很滿意。

從銅仁高鐵站打車過來一個小時，酒店置身於青山綠水中，離梵凈山景區很近，提供景區接送。晚上直接在餐廳用餐，味道也不錯。

非常安靜的地方，離開梵凈山景區也不遠，而且還有專車接送，房間非常棒，很新，浴缸也大，面對河流，晚上聽着潺潺流水聲入睡，早餐豐富而且送房，非常棒的體驗

非常棒的酒店，離開梵凈山很近。酒店的房間升級了河畔尊享大床房。早上打開窗户，聽聽溪水，空氣清新。酒店管家小楊很棒，給了很多旅遊訊息，服務也很到位，介紹了好吃的飯店。汽車胎壓不足，還幫忙縣城找汽修廠打氣，真是太給力了。很完美的梵凈山之旅～

酒店有些年頭了，設施、清潔衞生什麼的不能拿新酒店的標準來要求它，但它勝在服務，對我們提出的要求能及時響應，特別是餐飲部，因為我腸胃不舒服，不能葷腥不能辛辣，就特意給我單獨熬了粥、配了淡饅頭，讓我在兩天的住宿中腸胃功能得以恢復正常。酒店離景區大門有段路，有接駁車接送，非常人性化。值得推薦。
