The hotel's location is very conveniently located by the North Gate and in a smaller alley thereof, so it's not noisy at all. The decoration is beautiful, especially the inner court yard is very nice with lots of plants and flowers. The service is great! The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The room itself is nice with good amenities and nicely decorated. The only downside is that the windows to the courtyard can only be fastened through a shutter, so light and noise may still get in. Since it's an inner courtyard though, it's manageable. Around the hotel are a lot of shops and restaurants and Confucius' temple is not far. Would definetly come again!

Overall it's pretty good, but the soundproofing is very poor. You can hear people talking in other rooms early in the morning. It's very clear, just like standing next to the bed. Choose carefully if you have high privacy requirements. Others are okay.

一大家人定了4間房住了兩晚到建水古城住在他家，剛好把小院包了，，環境古香古色，老闆熱情耿直，房間乾淨，家人都非常滿意舒服，我都是做酒店行業，不比高星級酒店差。所以必須認真評論，第二天礦泉水，牙刷，一次性馬桶圈套都重新填補，主動詢問衞生需不需要打掃。最主要環境真心好。裝修細節就可以看出來。晚上老闆主動把座椅放在小院我們休息聊天，下次有機會再到建水必須再住這裏
