乾淨衞生，設施齊全，環境不錯，小區綠化和硬質鋪地，以及小吃飯店和各種店鋪齊全，旅店位於小區內，服務挺好的。唯一不足之處在於臨近膠東機場，房間正好在航線下面，飛機飛過時，噪音較大，晚上可能是航班少，倒沒有影響睡眠。早上開始時不時有轟鳴聲一掠而過。
