"Stayed at the Expo Hotel for a music festival in Jiashan. The price didn't increase because of the festival, which was really decent of them – great value for money! It was also super close to the music festival venue. Even though the front desk was really busy when I checked in, Ms. Wang Wenyan Dai at reception was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even added me on WeChat for any questions, which was really helpful. Despite coming back late, the hotel stay was so comfortable that it just wiped away all my fatigue. I also got to see my favorite Jialun! This trip was really satisfying, and I even received a gift from the front desk when I checked out."

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, wontons, and noodles. Laundry was very convenient; laundry clothes could be delivered to the room door. The laundry room had a dryer, which was also very convenient. The gym even had a large mirror, and the laundry room was connected to the gym, which was excellent."

"Perfect location - just a few minutes walk away from the scenic area but far enough to have a great night sleep away from the noise. It was not the easiest to find, as trip.com location wasn't accurate, however we got picked up from one of the entrance gates and guided to the property. The facilities are simple but smoke free, clean and very comfortable. The courtyard within was lovely and peaceful. We felt welcome."

"The initial courtyard room was not satisfactory as it was noisy. However, upon feedback, Ms Cai was proactive in quickly moving us to another room that was nice. Reception by the two ladies was friendly. Service by Ms Cai was especially warm. She also helped with my luggage after checkout and accompanied us to our car at Xitang’s gate. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient and accessible location, just slightly away (a short walk) from the main thoroughfare so it was peaceful. We will not hesitate to stay here again :)"

"I rang the hotel the day before to ask for directions and they were very helpful with giving advice about getting discounted the entrance ticket for us as the hotel is located within the scenic area and the ticket is also valid for the 2 days we were there for. They also added me to a WeChat group with all their staff and everyone was extremely helpful in giving advice and recommendations. One thing was that the bathroom drain is a bit small and when I was washing my hair in the shower it got blocked by the hair (I have long hair that sheds a bit) and there was a bit of mini-flood happening in the shower, though that's more the design of the shower. Bonus: cats and bunny at the reception! Would definitely stay again if I'm visiting!"

The shower water flow was also very weak and not hot at all. In addition, the staff downstairs seemed very busy and their attitude was not very attentive. They even had the nerve to ask customers for good reviews. You can avoid this place."
