The hotel packed breakfast for me considerately. Because I was traveling alone, breakfast and souvenirs were enough. However, the hotel said that the breakfast for two was included in the order, so they prepared double portions. This is very sincere. Only in this way can the business be prosperous. I also had a meal at the Four Seasons Ming Lake in the hotel. Although the price is high, the taste is still good. It’s just that the 15% service charge is a bit uneconomical

The front desk staff are all very patient and enthusiastic. They helped us upgrade the lake view room when we arrived at the store, and kindly reminded us that shouting the lake the next morning might disturb the guests. They also helped us pay attention to the performance of sending the room to the guest room. Since we were leaving the next morning, they very considerately helped us change the tea service method. The boy who served the snacks was also very polite, and he answered our questions very seriously. He also gave us a small gift when he left, thank you so much.
