I ate too much😭 I will choose your restaurant next time I come to Jinan!!

I have stayed at the Health Licheng Hotel many times, and every experience makes me feel very satisfied. Especially the hotel butler Xiao Ren, the service is really great! From the warm reception at check-in to the attentive care during my stay, Xiao Ren always meets my needs at the first opportunity. The room is clean and comfortable with complete facilities. The dining options are also noteworthy, with a wide variety of food. Whether it is a morning greeting or helping others, Xiao Ren can do it in every possible way. His professionalism and enthusiasm made me feel the warmth of home during my trip. This kind of service makes me willing to choose here again and again.

Facilities: It is quite old, not like a four-star hotel at all. There are many places where the paint is peeling on the toilet, and there is no buffer. When the toilet lid is closed accidentally, it will make a bang, and there is a bit of sewer smell. It's not very convenient to take a shower standing in the bathtub, and there are no plastic slippers for taking a shower. I called the front desk three times but no one answered. Finally, I went to the front desk and they said they could provide a pair of slippers and asked me to wait in the room. An uncle came and gave me a pair of 36-37 dirty slippers. I asked if there were any larger sizes, and they told me that they were all the same size, and a size 40 foot could not be worn while taking a shower while standing in the bathtub. Isn't this making things difficult for us? There were holes in the pillows and sheets, and the sheets smelled of smoke, showing that they had been used for a long time. There were also marks left by burning candles on the bedside table. I suggest you renovate it, it's too run-down. There aren't many lights in the room, and it seems quite dark without opening the curtains. Hygiene: The carpets are quite dirty. Although the rooms are cleaned every day, it still doesn't feel very clean. Environment: The geographical location is good. It is convenient to go to Baotu Spring and Daming Lake. It is opposite the shopping mall and Kuanhouli, and there are many restaurants. Service: I was not very satisfied with the uncle who delivered the things. The breakfast is quite rich and the dishes are updated very quickly.

Except for the bed sheets and quilt covers, there is nothing else clean in the room! I don’t know where the mud spots on the ground came from! Look at the pictures! The most annoying thing is that you have to give a good review when you check out! I don’t know what to think! The carpet was dirty and smelled strong! We opened three stores and each one was worse than the last! I have stayed in more than a dozen hotels in the past month and this is the worst one!
