除了前台接待女孩非常有禮貌和專業外，其他人比較冷漠，尤其樓層服務員，空調不製冷，早上是熱醒的，送了2份美味果盤，酒店地理優越，離高速約2公里，有私人停車場

各方面都比較不錯。入住體驗感也比較好。
地理位置相對來説還可以，打車公交也都比較方便。
房間整體智能，簡約但是不簡單。衞生好評，很乾凈。需要安靜的房間，前台小姐姐也都重點安排了；入住期間需要客房大姐幫忙送東西，很快也都送過來了，效率很高。
説一下幾個吐槽點吧：
1.房間未配備加濕器/冰箱。空調很足，開一夜空調太乾。
2.小度上面的功能需完善，有客房送物的選擇，但是目前不能實現，需要送東西還是聯繫前台。
3.洗手池的出水口有些堵塞且面盆太淺，每次開水龍頭都會給洗手枱枱麪弄的到處都是水，這個體驗感很不好。
4.早餐時間不統一。早餐券結束時間到9點。攜程外網展示到9點半。餐廳門口指引牌顯示到10點。一頓早餐，三個時間點。針對於這個價位的早餐品質數量還算基礎可以，但是早餐無水果，這個很不理解，用餐途中問詢過收餐大姐，未給到任何回覆。
綜上所述，設施設備略有不足，整體性價比較高，推薦入住！

什麼都好，就是親子房的大床太小了!最多1.5米，比旁邊的小床大不到哪裡。本來以為這個酒店的大床都小，但看大床房的大床一點不小，親子房的大床肉眼可見的小。這和市面上其他的親子房差異太大了，如果住其他房型可以住他家，住親子房就算了。

服務：熱情 這個酒店比較方便，它在這個工人文化宮的旁邊，大概走800米就有這個吃它的這個牛肉丸方便麪的地方，然後它這裏也有早餐29一位，然後門口有停車，還有這個後面有私人的停車場，還是很不錯的，然後這裏的最大的亮點就是水，它是自助的就是，樓道里麪還有這個客廳，都送了很多水，就方便大家飲水，這一點確實比較人性化。

晉城文物和美食都不錯 酒店也很安靜 挺不錯的。最關注隔音 不吵 這個沒毛病 也有自己的停車場。不過進房間的時候有煙味 後來發現有煙灰沒清理 及時叫服務員清理掉了 望改善。
