The location was good and the apartment was nice, but the heater didn't work properly, which was essential during this time, and there wasn't free parking as advertised.

The check-in process was super efficient, though we had a slight hiccup with the key cards not working. Thankfully, the staff resolved it quickly. Checkout, on the other hand, was completely seamless. The rooms were spotless, and the location couldn’t be better—great restaurants nearby and a Woolies conveniently right next door!

Pros: The staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was good for anyone exploring the surrounding walks and for a morning or afternoon out hiking, with eateries and grocery shop nearby for feeding the family afterwards. Good option of staying in Jindabyne is important.
Improvement Suggestions: The kitchen had food stuck to the cutlery and sticky stains outside and inside the fridge which we had to try to clean before using it for our own supplies. The rubbish was not taken out daily as stated on the sign. There was very little soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for the number of guests - we didn’t mind buying some at the supermarket but it would have been nice to be told of this in advance.
No air conditioning in summer and fans provided were not very powerful.

The room was spacious and clean. While lacking air conditioning, the provided fans ensured comfortable sleeping temperatures during our summer stay.

Booked in and was ready to go but then I read a previous review online and thought (what am I in for) but was delighted with this place and frankly I’m a bit worried that I have unearthed a hidden Jem. The place was incredible and really, really clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I will stay whenever they have available places. I will say though my experience at the adjoining restaurant was not part of that experience and I would make a trip to McDonalds instead.

Super friendly & helpful staff. Played some booking Tetris to fit us in at very short notice. The room was massive for a very reasonable price. Great size ensuite, full kitchen facilities. And the bar & restaurant just outside was fantastic. Walking distance to shops, great parking, quiet rooms, helpful staff, clean, warm. What more could you want!
