The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was nice and soft. We were very satisfied with our two-night weekend stay.

第一次去景德鎮選擇了這家酒店，辦理入住的時候前台很熱情的跟我介紹了周邊可以買瓷器的地方，我第一印象還不錯，心想着給酒店一個好評呢，好了，晚上熄燈準備睡覺，發現電視機一直關不掉，放在床頭的遙控器，我按了半天，電視都關不掉，我以為是電池沒電了，硬生生折騰了半小時怎麼把電視機關掉，不然電視一直亮着影響睡覺，後來我發現客廳還有一個電視機跟遙控器，我鬼使神差的用客廳的遙控器對着房間的電視機按了一下，關掉了………我真的是一整個大無語，客廳跟卧室的遙控器放錯導致我睡前折騰大半天………早上起來去吃早飯，我9:40分的時候去拿餐，最基本的玉米都沒了，我問工作人員還有玉米嗎，問了四五遍，都沒給我明確回覆，後來看我有點生氣了才説去問下廚房還有沒有，我在麪檔要了一碗麪條，工作人員當著我的麪把麪條下了，我過了五分鐘過去問麪條好了嗎，麪檔工作人員愣了一秒鐘説現在幫我下，我請問呢？剛才當著我的麪下的麪條呢？不僅如此，早餐種類少得可憐，而且還沒到10點呢，很多東西都沒了，也不添加！！好歹貴酒店也是自稱度假酒店，就你們這早餐品質好意思嗎？真的是垃圾中的戰鬥機，住了這麼多酒店了，是我碰到五星酒店裡最垃圾的早餐，附上我拿的早餐，實在無東西可吃！以後再來景德鎮，絕對不會來你們這種垃圾酒店！

半分也不想給，1000+一晚也不算便宜了，晚上11點多開車到的，大門口外地車牌進不了，保安亭沒人，打酒店電話打了十分鐘都沒人接，好不容易進到大堂，衹有一個前台和一個幫忙的阿姨，擠了十幾個人在辦入住，沒有排隊全靠擠，中間各種波折，拿到房已經零晨一點多，退房時突然想到當時訂房套餐是包含了許多內容的，但前台給房時是一句不提，後面再問，就説這些內容是要在前一天晚上八點前預約的，那預訂的頁面和辦理入住時怎麼沒人吭聲呢？工作人員遇事滿口謊言，好評都是刷出來的吧。
