"كانت تجربة الإقامة هذه تجاوزت التوقعات، يجب أن تأتي بجدية! تفاجأت عند دخولك للغرفة ان المكان اكثر من رائع مساحات الغرف واسعة جداً خيالية ، بالاجمال بساطة ورقي التصميم ، الارضية خشبية ضحلة مرتبة بالاضاءة ناعمة ، لا تشعر بالأكتئاب نهائياً . منتج السرير ناعم وصعب جدا، والرضا يجلس على السرير. ترتب على ذلك مع طاولة الكوي للنافذة، والتي كانت مريحة جدا سواء للراحة أو المكتب المؤقت. تصميم الحمام ملائم جدا، والعزل الجفيف والرطوبة يعمل بشكل جيد، والحمام ينظر إليه على أنه شفاء جدا، استرخي بشكل كبير بعد يوم كامل من الحوض. شكر خاص لموظفي الفندق، فقد قامو بترقيه الإفطار في الغرفة، الفطور المتنوع و الطازج الذي كان لذيذاً و مرحوباً بالأمانة و العبادة، فعلاً كانت مفاجأة رائعة! من بداية الإقامة إلى المغادرة، موظفي الخدمة كانوا لطفاء و مهذبين في جميع التفاصيل. كما انصح الجميع بزيارة الفندق. وسوف تختار هذا المكان في المرة القادمة وسوف انصح أصدقائك بالحصول على تقديرات جيدة"

"كان اختيار الفندق من جهة بمشاهدة المناظر الطبيعية وديكوراته جميلة جدا جدا عند تسجيل الدخول في الطابق السفلي مكتب الإستقبال يعمل على إجراء عملية إقامته، رأيت في منزل أصدقائي أطفال معهم، وأرسلوا لنا هدية صغيرة، وأيضاً مرفق خذوا من الأطفال مرفق مع ممسوح أسنانهم، فرشاة الأسنان، كوكا لطيفة، صعدنا إلى الطابق العلوي لمدخل المرسى من القزاز، فرشاة المناشف منعشة، السرير أيضاً مدلول، أسأل عن ما هي المعجون😄 صابونة منعشة أيضاً جيدة جداً لإمتلاك نفس العدد😄 طاقم العمل جيد أيضاً أنصح به"

"This hotel was the worst experience of all the hotels on the Yili loop. I don't know why it only has good reviews and no bad ones. The hotel doesn't offer luggage handling service. A female security guard watched us unload our luggage the whole time with her hands behind her back. The girl at the front desk was very unprofessional. Everyone here seemed untrained. The main issues: the hotel smelled strongly of renovation, the air conditioner was too loud, and the refrigerator was too loud (I had to get up in the middle of the night to unplug the refrigerator). There was a patch of weeds outside the window, and there was a construction site with dogs barking incessantly. The windows weren't soundproof, and several dogs took turns barking for more than two hours at 5 a.m. The breakfast was also very mediocre. There were too few staff members, and they didn't have time to clear the tables. The person making ramen even had a sullen face!"

"أنصح بهذا الفندق هيلتون جاردن إن أمس، الغرفة الكبيرة التي تحوي سرير كبير عند الحجز Trip.com تم بيعها بالأمس، لا أنصح بالحجز في هذا الفندق أبدا. حجزت في هذا الفندق عن طريق اجودا حيث انني حجزت في مقدمة من اجل الحجز و تم اخذ غرفة في الدور الاول و عند وصولي و سألني موظف الاستقبال حرصا على طلبي و عرف اني لا احتاج الغرفة المطلة على الحرم و التنسيق الايجابي و الامان يحول دون ذلك و مجاني لي غرفة نوم مريحة و واسعة و فخمة. الموظفين لطفاء ومصبرين، الخدمات دافئة خاصة، تجربة الإقامة الشاملة تجعلك راضي جداً، اختيار الإقامة في المرة القادمة!"
