The most important thing is: the management is rubbish!!! We have already checked in, and it was your front desk who opened the room. Your front desk repeatedly opened the room when new guests came later, resulting in the new guests frequently swiping our door card at 12:30 in the morning without success. The staff's gentle smiles and politeness during check-in made me feel even more welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. I loved the decor, and the bedding was impeccably clean and comfortable. I especially want to commend the breakfast; the variety was amazing, and as someone from southern China, I was completely satisfied. If I have the chance to come back, I will definitely stay here again. A good night's sleep and delicious food! I highly, highly, highly recommend this hotel!"

We called late at night to request an extra pillow, and it was delivered to our room in less than 5 minutes. The attention to detail was truly exceptional. The room was decorated in a simple yet elegant style, with spotless carpets and furniture. "اخذنا الاصدقاء من البرية الى بحيرة سيريمي ولعبنا القولف في ايفيل ، تذكرة المنتجع غالية جدا ، اخترنا ان نسكن اول يوم في ينبع في اول يوم من مدينة اويوم ، ونسافر في اليوم التالي على طول لبحيرة سيريمي وأكثر من ساعة بالسياره . هذا الفندق المطل على نهر جونغان حقاً يستحق القيمة مقابل المال.. مواقف السيارات كبيرة و متوفرة أيضاً مروحة شحن سريعة.. الغرف واسعة جداً والسرير مريح وعزل الصوت جيد جداً.. سأعود في هذا الفندق مرات أخرى ."
