To be honest, the hot spring bath was the only attraction when I booked this hotel, and it didn't work even once in the end. Facilities: It is said to be a new hotel, but the room facilities are very old, the sockets are broken, the shower is broken, this kind of facilities are not even comparable to our Shanghai Express Hotel. Environment: There is no good environment. When you open the curtains, insects are everywhere. How can you have the mind to pay attention to the environment? You will be woken up by the speedboat on the Lancang River at 7 o'clock in the morning. You can't sleep well at all. Service: 1. I ordered a bowl of noodles for breakfast, but the noodles were right next to me and he said they were out of stock. I pointed at the noodles next to him and asked him if this wasn’t noodles? Then he said, "Wait a minute, the water hasn't boiled yet," and asked me to take out the rice noodles that had been cooked and left for a long time, and then he rolled his eyes at you. 2. The front desk staff looked up at the sky and ignored me. When I asked them to book a car to go to the airport, they said it was irresponsible. I said no, I would pay for it. Then they asked me to ask their hotel to charter a car for 200 yuan, while Didi was only 30 yuan. 3. During the entire 5-day and 4-night stay, I did not experience any service. The room rate was more than 1,600 yuan per night. Such an experience really broadened my horizons. Summary: This hotel is really not as good as a budget hotel. I don't know where the good reviews came from when I booked it. Please book carefully and don't spend money to suffer.

房間很大很寬敞也很乾凈，我媽定的房間露台有個泡池，可以看到江景，早餐種類不是很多，但能吃飽。 來這裏住就是衝著那個你會看到江景，游泳池，在泳池拍照的居多，入住的這兩天白天沒見有什麼人在泳池裡游泳，應該都像我們一樣白天去景點玩了。

酒店的設施非常完善，有一個漂亮的游泳池和健身房，環境也非常安靜讓我可以放鬆身心。 酒店的價格非常合理性價比很高。早餐非常豐富，有各種各樣的選擇新鮮水果和蔬菜，而且食物的質量也非常好，酒店的服務真的太棒了！前台淑淑玉玉非常熱情友善總是能及時滿足我的需求。房間也非常乾淨舒適床鋪很舒服，給我們帶來了一個愉快的住宿體驗。

整體很滿意哦～這親子出行，單純在酒店玩就可以玩兩天，選擇雙床房也太合適了吧，房間裏有榻榻米大露台大泡池還有樂園和泳池還有美人魚表演。早餐好吃，晚餐自助餐補其他菜品味道很合口味。酒店房間室內裝潢也很時尚很敞亮。前台淑淑和小顧服務很到位，酒店很衞生到位距離市區也不遠，泳池也透明的拍照很出片帶孩子出來玩，訂這樣的房間太值了，下次還來。

很棒的酒店，幸運的定到了這家理想中的酒店，是在版納為數不多的美好回憶，房間非常寬敞，五星級的裝修標準，細節作的很好，服務員都很貼心。另外誇一下酒店的拍攝也很出片，化粧師的水平很好，拍攝團隊也很用心的幫忙修了好看的照片作回憶。還有邂逅了美人魚。入駐這個酒店感受比去景區還快樂，是我會願意再推薦朋友過來的酒店。
