房間真的很大，很新，也乾淨，沒有那麼多的蚊蟲。 酒店早餐也挺好的， 不是5星酒店那種類型，但是也有很多選擇。 酒店可能是比較新的原因，如果不開空調房間還是很悶，有點味道，但是衹住了一晚所以還好。 價格和設施比起來，真的性價比很高。

優點：房間很大很乾凈，保潔每天都會來做衞生更換毛巾。管家Amy很貼心，服務很周到。酒店的賓客服務應對及時，一個電話過去很快就能提供相應服務。
缺點：一樓沒有咖啡吧，朋友來了沒有什麼可以喝的，衹能幹坐着聊天。大廳的衞生也沒能很及時處理。早餐內容太單一了，住了五天，每天都是一樣的東西，到後面都不想吃了。

酒店整體設計風格都非常好，無論是公共區域還是客房都讓人感到舒適，酒店工作人員很熱情很專業，到門口的時候還有工作人員會幫忙拿行李，酒店房間乾淨、寬敞、明亮，床睡着也非常舒適，設施齊全還有洗衣房和健身房可以使用，餐廳的環境優雅舒適，早餐精緻可口、種類繁多，每一樣都散發著誘人的香氣，下次有機會來西雙版納，還會首選福朋喜來登酒店
