剛開始的房間有點小問題，前台很快就解決了，效率不錯。房間也挺乾淨，來樂華玩兒住在這裏也不算遠。再次誇一下前台的服務態度，耳釘不小心落在酒店，打掃完衞生也及時給我打電話告知了。大讚，另外回訪的小李態度也很好。

房間挺新的，裝修也是闆闆正正的蘭歐統一風格，衹不過老闆的管理有很大的問題，前台態度冷漠 不會笑，入住當天不會笑就算了，結果第二天退房還是那個***，衹能給差評了。酒店的熱水很小我知道為什麼 所以就沒洗澡！

前台小姐姐服務很好，態度温和。房間環境優越，空氣清新，保潔阿姨定時打掃。酒店設施良好，智能化酒店，電動馬桶，電動窗簾極大程度方便住客。除地理位置略微偏僻 服務，環境沒的説。

臨時出差路過，新開業的一家酒店，比起周邊的酒店簡直好太多了，沒有一家像樣的酒店，酒店裝修非常獨特，具有藝術氣息，房間衞生也是非常乾淨，服務更不用説，非常完美，這個價格還送果盤，非常貼心，還會繼續選擇這家酒店入住

房間的床很舒服，一躺就睡到了天亮，房間的空間也很大最重要的是隔音很棒和鏡子有化粧燈，離市中心很近，出行都很方便，這是這一趟出來玩住的環境，和服務，各方面都是很不錯的一家酒店，很適合帶上家人一起住哦，前台的小姐姐也超級好，幫我們提行李，客房服務也很熱情，還會送免費的水果哦下次來西安一定還是你們家😀😀😀😀
