Convenient transportation, very close to the business district, in the center of Rencheng District, easy to get in and out of the hotel. The location is also good. 在此鄭重提醒其他消費者：選擇這家酒店，你可能要為糟糕的服務和冷漠的態度買單！希望酒店方和品牌方能正視問題，加強員工培訓，別再讓客户寒心！
第一，我作為預訂人竟對房間狀態一無所知，這種服務堪稱荒謬！前台業務能力堪憂，答非所問。 今日我致電前台詢問客人是否已退房，對方機械式回覆“平台顯示已點擊入住”，但不確定客人實際是否入住、是否完成退房等關鍵問題一概不知。反覆追問下，前台既未主動聯繫房間確認，也未提出聯繫入住客人或後續回電，全程用“不確定”“不能説”搪塞，完全無視客户的核心訴求。
第二，職位與能力倒掛：前廳經理毫無服務意識，把官僚做派帶進服務業，對客户合理需求態度惡劣，強詞奪理。 面對我的合理質疑，前台非但沒有解決態度，反而語氣強硬、推卸責任，甚至指責“讓我自己看平台”。要求讓管理人員給予回覆，對方自稱她就是前廳經理，作為前廳管理人員全程表現出不耐煩和敷衍，毫無職業素養可言。
第三，管理混亂，客户體驗毫無保障。 酒店連最基本的賓客入住狀態都無法掌握，前台與平台訊息不互通，服務邏輯荒謬：酒店將“確認客人是否在店”的責任推給預訂人，而非主動核實，形同虛設；反映出內部管理存在嚴重漏洞。更令人氣憤的是，從始至終無人主動跟進此事。
經常幫客户和朋友預訂房間，之前預訂其他酒店遇到此類事情都得到合理解決，作為預訂人我完全有權知道所預訂房間狀態（是否入住，是否退房，並非詢問私隱房間號和客人訊息等），有些注重私隱的也會核實後回覆房間狀態。但唯獨這家白玉蘭。此次經歷讓我深感白玉蘭酒店名不副實，不僅愧對連鎖品牌的口碑，更暴露出對客户需求的漠視。

設施：樓上洗澡流水嘩嘩聲音很大。夜晚一兩點鐘有KTV唱歌的聲音很吵。影響睡眠。
