I placed an order with Ctrip. When I checked in at the front desk, the front desk ignored people. It might be shift time, but I can't ignore the customer. Then I went to the guest room and saw that the roof was cracked. Can I stay in this room? I couldn't sleep well at night. , I am afraid that the ceiling will fall down and the toilet will be stained. 路過吉安，計劃遊燕坊古村，選了伯爵文山酒店，到了一看是掛牌的五星。一下車保安就幫忙要拿行李，到大堂登記，服務員就先遞上熱毛巾，很熱情地辦理入住手續，登記完保安又熱情地要幫忙拿行李送到電梯口，真是感覺賓至如歸。酒店位於贛江邊，門口對面有個小公園，後面是小區，環境很好，睡覺安靜，早餐有江西特色，晚上9點多了服務員還在走廊裏打掃衞生，好敬業。是一家性價比較高的酒店。
