Booked a suite room for a family of four, room was pretty cramp & lacking in terms of amenities (e.g. no wardrobe to hang clothes, had to place our luggage on the sofa as there wasn't enough space)
We checked-in during the late evening, and wanted to watch TV via their projector - however, the power wasn't plugged in & as the power source was on the ceiling it was incredibly difficult to reach (even the staff that came to help was wondering who plugged it out & tried to help us).
Breakfast selection was alright for a short stay. Staff was friendly & service was good as well. 5mins drive from the hotel to 九寨沟 scenic area.

The hotel is nice, they serve us welcome treats and we can use the self-service laundry, breakfast is okay. The hotel is about 2-3km away from jiuzhai valley entrance, we took didi instead of walking

Recept’s service is good, mentioned once that I like 麻花 and they gave me some everytime they see me. Cleanliness was great too.
The only down side is no bathrobe, and the toilet & tissue paper given was too little.
Location was good, 5 minutes drive to jiuzhaigou entrance & 千古情

The staff at the hotel were very nice and they really helped me out, not knowing much Chinese, to get to the bus to the railway station. They even offered a partial refund for my stay which I cut short. This was beyond my expectations. Thank you once again.

The front desk service at the hotel was excellent. When we arrived, the staff warmly offered us water and some snacks. The hotel and room were clean and hygienic and the bathroom had a smart toilet. overall, very satisfied.

The hotel was clean and close to many eateries. Slightly far from the main attraction which is the jiuzhai valley.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast, and not far from Jiuzhaigou Valley entrance. I definitely recommend!
