Do A Land LAB Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center Store)

The hotel is conveniently located near the entrance of the national park — about a 15–20 minute walk. The area in front of the hotel is lively and well-lit at night. There’s a beautiful river flowing right across the street, so I recommend booking a room facing the front side for the best view. The staff were very kind and helpful. I couldn’t find the bus schedule back to Chengdu, and even though they didn’t speak much English, they did their best to help me until I managed to get a ride back. I really appreciated their effort. However, note that the lobby is on the second floor, and you’ll need to carry your luggage up yourself as there’s no elevator to that level. My room was located in the middle section of the building — the window opened into the hotel corridor instead of outside. The room only had a heater with no cooling option, so I had to choose between keeping the heater on and closing the window (which made the air feel stuffy), or opening the window and letting cigarette smell from the hallway come in. Either way, the air circulation wasn’t great, and it affected my rest. Overall, I recommend choosing a corner or front-facing room with windows that open to the outside — the atmosphere is much better there.

Excellent customer service from 姚儿 and she gave very good recommendations for a local restaurant as well as Jiuzhaigou attractions. Room is very clean and well maintained for comfortable stay. Hotel is just a short distance from jiuzhaigou and many eateries nearby. Highly recommended!

The hotel was huge, nice and clean! It is near food area and Jiuzhaigou valley (walkable)! Highly recommend! Special thanks to the receptionist and also 小杜 who has gave us recommendations and introductions to jiuzhaigou!
