The location was very convenient for sight seeing. And they kindly allowed me to leave my suitcase at hotel during my camel safari. On the other hand, I had two problems here. 1. One of the circulators in my room was very noisy and I couldn't keep my room at the comfortable temperature for sleep. 2. It was difficult to communicate with a staff in English.

Food was good, humble people, near market. Rooms can be improved in terms of ventilation and cost as per rooms.musquitoe problem can be worked upon

The room wasn’t ready by the time we checked in. We had to step out for site seeing hence we stepped out when we came it was late and the toiletries were jot present anyways we used our own. The hotel has a lot stairs. I suggest you should call in advance to help the hotel clean room they are very sort of people and I think Karan is the only guy manages reception to kitchen and serving food at restaurant. We tried masala Maggie which was very good. We tried Gatta ki Sabzy it was nice.

I have stayed with Hotel Nirvana 2 days in December and would highly recommend anyone coming to Jodhpur to give this place a try. The rooftop restaurant gives good view of the Mehrangarh fort. The hotel is located just 200m from the clock tower and makes it accessible to all tourist places nearby. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, they made us feel like home. The rooms are in an old haveli and has a charm of Marwar era. There is an old temple located inside the hotel too. Special shoutout to Mr.Bhom singh ji , he had been helpful and courteous during our stay. As a plus i would also say the place is safe for women travellers (i was travelling with my mother ) and we were comfortable staying here .

The aura of the stay was very pleasing full of flowers and greenary. Staffs were very cooperative. Food was tooo good though little bit late served but it was up to the mark. It was in the mid of the market area so everything was easily accessible. Overall very nice place to stay

The staff here are really excellent, and the food is great. They work really hard to meet your needs, we ate two dinners and a lunch, plus two breakfasts and enjoyed the service and meals which we thought were very reasonably priced. The terrace is a good place to sit and observe the fort. It's hard to escape the fact that this is not a four star hotel. It seems to be 'fading in glory' with furnishings just a little shabby, and various things just not working ( our shower did not work at all ). As a previous review noted it's very near a mosque and the calls to prayer are your early morning call.

Magnífico O hotel é incrivel. Muito bonito e fica na rua do mercado. Bem localizado, próximo ao Fort, poço Toorji Ka Jhalra e outros pontos turísticos. A comida é boa e eles podem preparar os pratos sem pimenta para quem não está acostumado. Atendimento excepcional, os meninos são incrivelmente atenciosos e gentis. Também me ajudaram a tirar fotos na propriedade, pois viajei sozinha. Foi perfeito, recomendo!

This property is right in the market area and yet quiet and calm. A variety of birds fly around the roof during breakfast with fort as a backdrop and violet temple in the foreground— kinda dreamy. We were in the temple room with old paintings on one wall. I think the dust rolling in from the street is a constant. Very convenient for shopping and getting tuktuk.

as compared to price room was very small and the linen was also not comfortable it was too old or bad quality martial even hot water was there for shower 🚿 and ac was also not working worst experience with this big budget hotel

The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was warm and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure everything was just right. The food was fantastic—special mention for the tea, which was perfect every time! Rooms were decent, clean, and comfortable, providing a good space to unwind. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area

Property is at main location near shahi samosa,all the locations are by walk,staff was also helpful.Room and room service was also good ,they have open rooftop dining.

While i was booking for this hotel, the pictures that i saw for the particular room that i had selected was very different from the actual room they were giving after i reached the hotel. They were trying to give me inferior room and when i told them the issue, it turned into ruckus and owner was also rude and unprofessional and disrespectful. And fortunately support resolved our issue and the hotel had to give the room that we had selected which they were charging extra for it. And not only that, after we checked out the next day they were asking for parking payment which is 300 inr, which they never mentioned in their policy nor did they inform us beforehand they were going to charge for the parking. I have never paid for parking in my history in hotel before.
