1. Chk-in on 31/5....Arrived at designated around 3.30pm where I meet 2 Anju staffs on duty.
2. I show my booking from Trip.com but upon checking in their system, my name was not in it. It takes maybe half an hour & finally they found my name & i felt relief.
3. One of the staff then brought my family to the house that I booked. It took maybe 15-20mins to walk while we were dragging our begs on foot & luckily some of or begs have wheels. Its quite tiring after flight.
4. Upon entering our house/room, I was so surprised to found out they gave me Studio Type instead of an apartment with 2 rooms & 2 queen beds.
5. Due to fatigued after flight we took the room but with 1 queen bed & 1 single bed so later I requested for extra bed & towel because I booked for 4 person.
6. At first they wanted to charge me Rm10 per piece & Rm50 for room cleaning. After I told them I got different unit from apartment to studio then only they waive all charges so they send someone with extra bed, towels & small gift for their mistake & also promised to do housekeeping the next day..
7. On 1/6 we went out to Singapore day trip early morning & back to the room around 10.30pm BUT found out they didn't do any housekeeping or replace used towels. So frustrating as we all are already tired & expect to come back to see clean & tidy room & fresh towels but unfortunately.
8. I message the staff & they seek apologies & promise to do housekeeping the next day which they did in late evening.
9. OK, actually when I ask for my original apartment, they told me already fully booked BUT I have booked through Trip.com maybe 2 wks before my travel.
10. So my big question mark is I've paid RM737.85 & is this amount equal to the Studio Room price that I've stayed or should I get some Refund???
