I booked a standard king room for a 3 night stay. Upon arrival to the room, I noticed the floor was wet as though it had just been mopped. To my surprise, I was given 2 queen beds instead and used towels found in the cupboard.There was a stain on bedsheet. I had to place another bath mat to avoid the trip and fall due to the first mat suction being not strong enough. During the stay we were provided with a shower gel and no shampoo. The washing machine does not come with a dryer and you need to search for the detergent which was placed under the kitchen sink. A garment steamer and vacuum cleaner were provided in the room, very convenient .The utensils, pots and pans were displayed on the kitchen table top, it looked cluttered. I suggest that it should be placed in the cabinet provided when not in use. Overall the cleanliness is good. There's room for improvement. Thank you.

The unit is on a high floor (above 25th), very clean and nice with a balcony although not much of a view to speak about. No complains here. Locating the correct lobby was challenging though as there are so many different blocks. It took us a long time to finally get there. Perhaps, instructions can be pasted at each lobby or provided to the security guards at the various lobbies so that they can provide guests with better instructions.
